the king heard his subjects sing n is very happy 2 have such talented people in his kingdom.

kiti_g: firstly the king wud like 2 appreciate kiti 4 choosing sucha wonderful song. the king made a mistake by first listening 2 the original song. even after the song was finished rafi saab's voice as still reverberating in the king's ears. hence was a little apprenhensive abt hearing u sing. but the king was pleasantly surprised whn he heard u sing. u have a very powerful voice wid which the listeners can connect easily. the raags u took in b/w r very difficult but u did it brilliantly. all the best👍🏼.

mala: this is one of the fav bhajan's of the king😊. a very gud song selection but a very tricky one too. almost everyone knows this song like the back of their hand. if u sing well it will connect very easily but if u even go a little here n there it wil not connect at all. but u did a very gud job. the king wud like 2 advise mala abt 1 thing. this is not abt singing here but in future if u sing on stage using a mike remember this. everytime u finish a line u seem 2 take a deep breath which is easily audible. so while using a mike remember 2 remove the mike frm near ur mouth as soon as u finish the song. u have a very soft voice n the song jelled well. all the best. 👏👏👏 👍🏼👍🏼.

rocknroll: anita ji. again a superb attempt by u. u have very strong voice which can easily catch the attention of th listeners. the king found no mistakes. he is very much satisfied n all the best.👍🏼

evilseye: there was quite sum disturbance which was a hindrance. it was distracting. actually this is a song which is of celebration during the immersion of ganesh ji. hence it needs a lot of energy. as v c whn the procession is goin on people dance as if they r in a trance. else the connectivity wil not b there. considering ur style of singing it wud have been better if choose a softer song like jai jagdish hare. singing wise u were gud but the connectivity was missing. no probs the king is sure u will definitely rock in the next round. 👍🏼

lavanya: very gud choice. it suits ur voice n ur style. once u choose the right song half the batle is won. u have very gud clarity in pronounciation. very well done. no complaints frm the king's side.👍🏼

minirulz: the king apologizes 4 over-looking u. very well sung n gud selection. but at some plces the pronounciation was not clear especially judaai PHAL . but singing wise superb. in sur. u have a voice which is smooth n soothing. all the best. 👍🏼

the king's knowledge abt music is limited. if he is wrong plzz 4give him.

once again all the best 2 all the contestants 4 the future rounds.

the king has a question 4 the mentors. how is the elimination done. do the mentors decide amongst themselves or is there a mahaguru who decides the elimination.

Yes there are a panel of three judges. They give markings on different technical aspects of the performance and the marks are added up. The contestants are then ranked from highest to lowest scores.

OK guys... here I am , with the feedback. Let me warn you all that I have been a strict critic as now the competition is getting tougher and tougher....please dont take it personally.......😳

Last time I missed out. So this round I decided to better get it done soon. 😆 Hai bhi kam so no problem.

I won't be posting the review for my own gharana ones. Can only say Kiti you did brilliantly and I loved the song. Mala well you were flat at places.

1. rock&roll - You still need to work upon your diction. Please open your mouth to sing. But frankly speaking on the whole I found this performance of yours the best. 👏👏👏

2. evilseye - You actually went too flat in the song.

3. Minirulz - Mini ji 😆 Why jumping so many notes. 😆 At many places this time you have made mistakes in scale/notes.

4. Lavanya - You too went quite flat at too many places. The upper notes at many places got pitched wrongly thus ending into your song turning flat.

Rock&Roll- You sounded a bit nasal please do work on projecting more openly this affected your low notes and harkats. There are so many harkat's in this song you didn't sound comfortable with them so you should have chosen a different song. Your high notes are definetly your forte, they sounded divine, I suggest choosing a song with more high notes next time. The line das meera ...suk dhai was sung very well.
