nobody watches Sa Re G.. Or what? it is so inactive. I like the contestants this year and yet nobody is here.

There was a time in 2005, 2007 and even 2009 when the SRGMP forum was so live. I think too many music reality shows, same rehashed contestants on various shows, quality of judges (Mika is a judge on every show), too much useless drama, fake walkouts etc has caused most of the audience to steer clear from these type of shows. Even in USA they had to cancel American Idol after the recent S15.

I guess SRGMP has lived long beyond its expiry date and they should just go back to the good old golden days where it was just music and innocence. Probably that will never happen now ;(

@MindIt- I agree. There is too much Drama in the show. And mika on every show is damn annoying. i dont even like Mika. I have always loved music and Sa Re.. Being the most known platform, i certainly expected more number of people here.

I think it may also be because of Kapil's Show.

I remember the previous seasons of SRGMP! There used to be so much activity. I was also really active in the forum.

Coming to think of it, there is one more reason why some ardent SRGMP fans are staying away from this forum. In the previous season (when Jasraj Joshi won), there were some members who were posting absolutely pukeworthy abusive comments / death threats to certain respected and senior members.

There was even a shocking post mocking a member who had then recently passed away.

Probably some teenagers or some frustrated souls.

There were no mods and no one heeded to the complaints. I believe this is also one of the reason we lost lot of members on this forum.

@MindIt- not surprised. This happens in every other forum. Though mocking someone who expired is so disgusting and goes way too far. Mods can not be trusted. They dont come on time or they never do. They are more interested in following certain people and banning them. I was looking forward to being on this forum. :/
