I dont think Youtube allows embedding Shorts at the moment.

It is very nice though it will be better if it shows less text as image description and more of the gifs...also is there a way to add specific gifs from the galleries that we use often to our favs..so we have a fav media tab to quickly access them

Now we can add images directly from IndiaForums Gallery easily.

Word Limit removed when we add GIF / Images using Add Media feature.

We will bring the same when we are adding Social Media embedding.

Images added using the new tool are now center-aligned and cannot be placed inline with text to prevent any alignment issues.
