A deliberate misuse of someone’s username to take jibes at them is bullying especially if you have a sordid history with that person. An ethical adult wouldn’t indulge in these childish games. Even if they did, they would come to their senses eventually on their own instead of denying their actions and/or placing blame on others to wiggle out.

I am sure you wouldn’t like it either if the entire BWF changed their display names to MaroonporscheIsAChildishBrat? After all, a maroon Porsche is just a car that is maroon in color. So why not. Why would anyone think it was for you. Beats me.

Bottom line is, we can all change our display names to attack one another. It is really easy to do that. Lowest hanging fruit, really. However, many members are mature and ethical enough to not engage in such childish games.

It would be appreciated if you grant forum moderators the authority to delete abusive display names and/or raise warning levels of members who indulge in these display name attacks despite a warning.

Please do not tie hands of moderators as some members are extremely immature and will break and abuse every rule in the book unless they are monitored heavily.


That is all I have to say. I have no interest in partaking in any other he said she said type of nonsensical posts.

Yes that shouldn't be the case but unfortunately it is!

However, thanks to the efforts of some mods those vulgar & vile attacks on me and my friends have decreased, if not completely stopped. However some people would never complain to Vijay about those attacks as they are very SELECTIVE in moral policing and their concerns about attacks on forum members.

I think that's a good suggestion.

While the updates are great... you may need to consider if the CM needs a new powersuit upgrade too with each forum update.

The complaints fall on her first and it would be less frustrating to all if she could just deal with it herself.
