It's not easy to transfer whole system in one go , so give Time to team don't judge them soon

Again, its easy to lose respect rather than earn respect. It takes just a fraction second to lose.

Hi everyone I see a lot of us, are really not happy, even I am on literally on the edge but I have thought of giving it a few days... I know we all are facing a lot of issues but a few things needed to be taken into account.

How migration actually works???

It’s not like they have created an absolutely new website. It’s most probably all the previous functions are there but have kept them disabled. Because even with whatever little there is on the site we can see a lot of bugs.

Hence a fully loaded site like before could have endless errors and would not even function, Since they have changed the interface and revamped a lot of things. So let’s just wait? Cause all the features are there and admin is enabling them one by one plus fixing the errors one by one. It’s just a matter of time and I would love to be positive as I’ve mentioned before.

Page jump▶See this:

Doyou see that red number indicating in which page you are? if you click that you will have the cursor just like the old version and then put your desired page number then press go.

Post count▶Hover your mouse over any profile or click on it and you will be able to see it.

Desktop version for mobile users>>You will find that option in your browser itself. Nowadays almost every phone browser has this feature.

To send friend request▶ Click or mouse hover on any profile >> View profile>> Add buddyThis works on desktop currently so if you are on phone change your view to Desktop site you will be able to add friends.

To find Saved Drafts▶Click on your own profile>> Left middle you will see Dashboard , Newsfeed etc, and there at the bottom you will find Drafts

For phone users, Click on My post>> Do you see a black arrow on the right side? Just above the eye icon? Click it >> You will find drafts

I remember seeing people often complaining when the old emojis were here. Users wanted lots of emoji versions and now that finally it’s here we are still complaining? Why?? Also what plugins?? Putting emojis are very simple and it’s built in the OS itself. I can’t thank the team enough for enabling this feature!🤗🤗🤗

Mac/ios>> Cmd+Control+ spacebar

⌨Windows users>> Press windows key & .Period key ⏺ together or you can go to the taskbar and use the Touch Keyboard which is built in windows. And these are very basic thing and once one try shouldn’t be hard at all.

Another method, Right click while you are typing and you will see this little dialogue box saying emoji. See this imghttps://i.imgur.com/84Xbegv.png(This option has been always there since windows have added emojis in their updates.)

Phone users>> The built in emoji shall work just fine. If it doesn’t then guess we’ll have to wait.

Having said this I have a request to the I-F Dev team, could you also include the old emojis back? It will be awesome since that just gives an authentic IF feeling. 😍

Every minute bugs are being solved. A few mentions which have been solved partially,

1. The hyperlink error, to an extent. For me, it’s the most important one. Some are still not working but a few have been rectified and getting rectified every now and then.

2. Message title error.

3. Save Draft option moved to the left.

4. Poll not showing up error.

5. Nested quotes.

6. Page numbers are showing under My Post’s section. Waiting for that to happen on the forums as well.

7. Adding sentences in by editing a comment. Though it’s a bit limited but still ok manageable for now.

8. Images are back now. Same method as before...

Waiting for other crucial ones to get fixed!

Needs a bit spacing on the phone version IMO…I guess it was white even at previous times it’s just that the colorful bold fonts made the difference in perspective.

Right now we are limited with the editor but hoping soon all the features will be available and even better than before. Look changes takes time to adjust so let’s just see for some days how it all goes for the eyes...

Also, there is nightmode in the browsers these days as well. We can use that if we want.

This is it for now. But there's a ton of major issues 😪 which needs to be solved so let’s just get patient and see what awaits us. Thanks & cheers! 💖😉😊

try just clicking image button, then as Breath-Mark guided, remove the popped text from first row and pasting your link there, as she said, remove img from both sides and hit enter. Image should get populated.

What exactly do you mean by re-editing image?
