It's not directly proportionate to age, but it is to maturity. I have met a very select few people who possess a high level of maturity during a young age, especially when dealing with sensitive topics. The majority are ignorant and are easily susceptible to following the societal norms rather than questioning the structured variants of discrimination.

I get that a lot, the maturity thing. 🤣 I don't know why I'm this way but we are what we are. 😆

I was accused once of lying about my age when I was 13 or 14 because that person couldn't comprehend me being as mature as an adult. 🤣
