4) Can you please provide reasonings to WHY Omnipotence was banned from this forum. If you deserve a clean slate, so does Omni.Omni is loved by a lot of us and you didn't give a reason before banning him.

Thank you Vijay Sir for this much needed post. These rules will solve most of the problems on the forum barring MID accounts.

Happy with the WL rule, that will teach ppl to be within their limits when posting anything derogatory or insulting.

I hope all these rules are with immediate effect coz mods of JDLJ forum need to do some cleaning up & raising of WL with all the filthy remarks being made there.

Finally you have decided to address the issues, which some of us have tried to get to your attention in a really long time. Does it really change difference of opinion can state it without any fear of being attacked personally. Does this forum still work as one and not just an FC?

But I want to know , do Mods respond to these issues right away or will these threads continue to grow with bullying , name calling and then the members who are subjected to bullying have to just watch their self respect and name shredded to tiny bits , since defending yourself comes under cyber bullying jurisdiction in this forum and gets a WL.

This is just from Wiki, I believe , global viewers like some of us who were subjected to cyber bullying in this forum can get help legally, if we choose to.

This does not address the issues of Invasion of Privacy , reading PMs , deleting member options.

In 2013, Indian Parliament madeamendments to the Indian Penal Code, introducing cyberstalking as an criminal. offence.^[38] Stalking has been defined as a man who follows or contacts a woman, despite clear indication of disinterest to such contact by the woman, or monitoring of use of internet or electronic communication of a woman. A man committing the offence of stalking would be liable for imprisonment up to three years for the first offence, and shall also be liable to fine and for any subsequent conviction would be liable for imprisonment up to five years and with fine.

One question Vijay Bhai one of my friend has 40 % WL so whom should they PM ? Right now all Mods / CM / GM are inactive .. same with forum related matters whom should we pm for sticking/trashing/closing topics as now all DT's are inactive?

Thanks a lot for this post Vijay and starting the process of implementing new tools to help moderate this forum and making it an enjoyable place to converse in.

Celeb bashing and member bashing were spiraling out of control with members not caring about the repercussions, WL increase was not even a deterrent. As we are volunteers the fact that DT were being threatened and abused was getting out of control as well and needed addressing.

Looking forward to the changes and hope we can get back the decorum that once was (or at least near to it)
