I just came across this topic and I don't know what to say. I am sad, disheartened, disappointed and I don't know what to say.
Vijay, I understand that it is important to get rid of spammers but is closing these forums the only way to do so? Most of us have so many memories attached to them...we met and created friends and it is like our second home. So what the shows ended, the passion for these shows remain and will forever do so.
Remix Forum...I know it is not that active these days, but it is one of the oldest forum on this forum that has still some activity going on. I have been part of Remix forum since I have known Internet, and I have joined this forum just because of that show. Even if I have exams, I just come to India-forums once a day just to go to Remix forum, because it is like a home to me and I am sure all the people. This forum has been my identity on this website and I just can't imagine it getting locked.
I can't say for other forums, but I can assure you that we are ready to do anything to keep Remix forum open. I remember Shruti di once told us that Remix Forum would never get locked unless we fans want it to...then why is it getting locked? Remix forum doesn't have any dev team members and the one we had, I think she is demoted because she was inactive due to her personal life...but please please please...it's a request that don't lock Remix Forum. Please. There are still new fans of Remix that come to the forum and we get to interact with each other. Please don't lock it.
