I'm still a little hesitant about newbies being able to have images in their signature though...

And opening up threads. That's how I got harassed. Through an open thread on the public forum with a sickening message about my facebook photo.

but this has prob as well we have pm acouts through which we send pm ,how can we handle that

Joining my thanks to that of others.

simple reiteration:

[We will be adding a feature where Members can choose not to receive PMs from person who are not in their Buddy List. (excluding Dev Team members). (Coming Soon)]

Can this restriction ^^ be extended to scraps too for persons not in the Buddy List?

Praiseworthy attitude towards change.

The new rule which doesn't allow links to be sent to newbies makes it harder for us FF writers to send links for updates, is there any way this can be resolved?

If possible ... can we delete the messages in outbox ...

also ...

can we get a trash bin for the deleted Pm's from inbox & outbox ... so that after they get deleted from inbox & outbox tehy are saved in recycle/trash & if we want 2 empty we can empty trash folder like we have in all emails ...

Thanks for these changed Vijay bhai. Some were much needed. Especially to control the toli of advertisers we have on the show forums daily.

But I, like many people have commented have come across a snag.

I too am a fanfic author and like the others, I too have a separate PM account [YuksPM] from which I send out messages to my readers.

I don't comment from that account, so the post count on that is 1.

Hence the number of messages I can send out are limited. I message around 450 people, and right now I can only message a small fraction of that

Is it possible that people with separate PM accounts be exempt of the PM limit rule? We can provide our information to a designated person and they can remove the PM limit from the account.

Either that, or a groups feature be introduced in the Buddy list, where we can group our friends so we know who are friends and who are fanfic readers, hence whom to PM.
