Dear VJ

Well! I would suggest you to just hard code it if the ID is not active within 30 days or 60 days or 90 days whatever you select, just make it inactive.PERIOD. That will delete the ID as well as all the activities for that ID automatically.

somehow I can still see comments on actors (amarjeet singh, shakti mohan etc.) profile from ids like nature2, nature7, etc. I guess work is still in progress regarding removing the MIDs.. Just wanted to tell you that there are certain groups which have coordinated things in such a way that catching there IP address is also going to be difficult...

I think its really unfair to repeatedly target a particular celeb rather than address the bigger issue of the MIDs. In all fairness to the celeb fan club, I have noticed that the specific IDs mentioned have commented on multiple celeb profiles as well.

We should all support IF in their initiative of making IF a pleasant experience rather that doing otherwise

Thanks VIjay for making some changes...

@ bold..Pavitra Rishta has a huge MID issues created by mere fans in support of their favorite...They have stoop down to the level of attacking veteran and good members personally..Banning or IP blocking of MIDs won't do much but admin needs to put something in system which knows abt which Original ID is creating MID...Along with MID the orig ID needs to be banned pronto...Some of the so called reputed good members also have MIDs who go around bashing co-members in support of their fav celebrity...Is fanship for character or celeb is more important to IF or members having their right to post ?

Desperate need of help in PR...Some of the DT are supporting these fans as they are personal friends with them outside of IF...IE FB and all...I have reported this issue with DT, CM and here is the last resort why I am posting...

Thanks for reading and hoping for some action from Admin..

RIght on!!! Killing MIDs won't do much...Its the Orig ids who create MIDs just to bash but with Orig id they are portraying good image...Give Orig id warning or bann if they create MID more than once..

Mandy excellent point..👏 this problem does not exist with newbies only but MIDs of some shrewed orig id also..They sent out nasty PMs because some member wrote opposite view abt their fav character or actors...I myself have received harassing and threatening PMs..I have known for other members to have received them too...But simple warning is given to them instead of stern disciplining action...May be members should post the PMs they have recieved for DT to really wake up and take care of this..

In PR forum i have seen so many MIDs make ids a week back or a day back just to get even with members that may be a new member or someone who has been here for the past five years.

i personally have been attacked horribly in the same forum, a fellow member has been called names filthy as dirt, gay etc just cause the person had different opinions when compared to the common notion. the person got banned twice but people who called those names are still rampant around. IF doesnt handle personal attacks the way they should be. It has turned me off IF for good though i still visit it sometimes not sure for how long.

the MIDs are most common when fans arent respectful enough.

The PM reminds me, i got a PM from a old member telling me i am being unreasonable and the likes, basically telling me to keep my views to myself (i will admit i dont even remember the content of that PM) Well i reported it and mods found it offensive so they raised the WL and the next PM i got from the same person making fun of me as if am a baby who goes out to reporting every PM i get etc.. this is the bottomline i got from the PM. So it means either the report button isnt respected by these people that they find fault in this as well or that they think their justifications are apt when it comes to calling names?
