Why aren't there any youth based shows? Its really strange, the movies are turning younger and younger and the tv serials are catering to older and older audiences. What is it about them? I ask you, can you give just one movie that defines the youth of today. I'll give you at least a few...Sigh. Sad scenario.

There are only comedy shows, but again, not really for the youth. Are there any shows on the internet, online shows. Have heard of only one at Jayhind tv. That'sall - goo.gl/mXhSr

I could never understand this rankings that how a less active forum could be above with active forum and with more votes. But if the TRP of India is counted that is not fair for international viewers like me! Off course Star plus shows always coming in the top ten they are number 1 channel right now! For a while I thought IF is run by Star plus 😃 even the background of IF is full of stars 😆guess I understand it better now with TRP of India counted!! I thought the ranking was to suppose to show online popularity worldwide not how it is watched in India! And I heard enough people saying that the TRP in India isn't correct in the first place so why use it! Wish IF was different! Thanks for the respond! Mine opinion to share! 😊

Star Plus is always going to dominate no matter how ridiculous, stupid and downright boring the shows are. I seriously think creatives should not even bother with new fresh story lines. It's palpable that the only drama that gets appreciated is the ones broadcasting on Star Plus. So what if the heroines are forever crying - contributing to the Nile river and any other country that is suffering from severe drought concerns. In fact if you think about it - their tears are probably the reason behind the endless Tsunami's hitting our way.

So what if there is a baa that lives to see 200 years, never growing older and in fact always having a heart attack at the nick of time. I ask again, so what!? The young lovers will die, their children will die and that very same old Baa that has lived to experience approximately 50 heart attacks - remains the only one alive, outliving all the younger generations!

So what if a married couple has no privacy of their own. Having to seek their mother in laws permission to go to the movies with her own husband. OH *slaps forehead*, and the symbolic signature heroes that still hides behind their mothers Saris and watches them interfere, sulk and ruin their own childrens martial bliss.

Clearly that's the story every person wants. Hence, fresh stories like Geet is not earning it's credited appreciation. I guess individual just cannot stand it when a show (for a bloody change) is focused entirely on the main couples love story. Seriously this is so stupid.

I completly agree with you on Star Plus... But I wouldn't say Geet is any better... I stopped watching ages ago... But if I start watching again today.. It would feel like I didn't miss anything at all.. Geet isn't any better than sp shows and neither would I call it fresh...

Hell TV actors make accounts to come interact with FANS! And even a person from the sets of Geet comes by the Geet forum for feedback/opinions/response from the FANS. So the keyword here is FANS! It's a public forum created for the audiences and the fans; so if loyal SP viewers wanna come and get active they totally can...what I can't contribute in TRPs...I contribute here in the forum, through celebrity rankings, and CM voting...so then it balances out! SP gets the TRPs and those shows are saved from being axed! And SO shows get the active fans so those shows are also saved from an early shut down!

LMAO! Hetal, I wasn't bashing any show in specific. But basically most of the serials that have been aired on the channel have the same storyline. I was even a fan of some shows on that channel - but even I noticed the flaws. Basically if the TRPs counted international views than it would be more fair and accurate. However, IF is the only website that we who cannot contribute to the TRPs try our best to at least vote for our favorite show.

But it does not make sense to me how a show just drooped down to 4th place. It's very biased and unfair how it's being rated. I visit most forums and I've noticed that Geet, PYKEK, and IPKKND is one of the most active forums. There are comments, new posts, votes, likes, fan fictions - what not. Yet somehow shows that are not so active online are in the top 10.

Let me clear my own mentally constructed definition of fresh.

Fresh - The term can be defined as to being any storyline, concept, plot, characterization and setting that has no reference to 200 year old baas, tear filled tsnumai induced heroines and heroes that have a medical, literal, physical and spiritual lacking of a spine.

In my opinion; shows like Geet and thus far IPKKND has not yet reached that point of being 'Expired'. Call me biased, subjective, rude - I care not. My comment was directed towards the majority of Star Plus dramas - including the ones that have been finished. My comment was not open to specifically attack a show. So realistically speaking your view about Geet was not really asked for.

Oh well the deed was done. To each to their own. You don't like the show nor find it fresh - well good on you for the opinion. It's not going to change mine = )

Thank you Vijay sir , You can not add TRP as they are from restricted numbers and you must be knowing very well in India who are in to internet , do not have the time to indulge in Hindi soaps ...
