i could not understand what to do i'm an active user of yahoo😊 and i've given my e-mail id but again i don't understand what to do😕 and make the instructions very clear to me(I'LL BE HIGHLY OBLIGED) as i am not able to add any buddy on my buddylist.........😭😭

I'm having trouble validating my email address. I go to my profile from the Dashboard and request email authentication. I receive the email from India-forums and after clicking on the verification link I get the following message.

Your provided information is not matched.Please resend your email validation code form Update Profile page.

I tried entering the activation code in the dropbox, but still got the same error.

Please help.

Sorry for double posting this...didn't know what to do since no one seems to be responding to this issue.

So I did all the filters for my e-mail box to see if there was something else happening. But nothing is coming...I really don't understand why it's suddenly doing this. I received my e-mails fine and I had been validated too. I'm not a newbie member...been on the forum for awhile and have been receiving e-mails notifications without any problems.

By the way out of curiosity those of you who are having the problem you don't happen to use Yahoo do you?

Cause they recently updated or changed their e-mail layout. I wonder if that has anything to do with this?

This is the notification I get on my profile section.

@iheartChai i have trouble with the same problem of ur i dont know how it works for me i get my Validation code long before and update it and it also accepted but today suddenly they again want my validation code i try it so many times but i got no Email from IF

What should i do know someone plz help
