according to IF rules,if any member is providing WU for past 1 month or so ...he/she should be promoted to coolbie ...and i think Shradha di (Lashy) is being doing her work on daily basis (providing WU's for past 2 months or so on daily basis) ..so for her hardwork ..she need to get some credit/reward ...
