I can only speak for myself but I really want to root for Hemant and see him be successful because he is immensly talented but then I have to think about how his sister or wife never came and think about his views on women. And I can't support someone like that. For me talent and personality and a progressive mindset are equally important to support someone. I hope I am wrong about him though. But yeah you are right, his personal life is none of our business.

About Vishnumaya thing, I totally agree with you. Saying she didn't win because she is a girl is just ridiculous. A cause which so important shouldn't be used so falsely.

I honestly don't know him enough to judge his mentality towards women, but I have seen him treat Vishnu and other women on the show with respect, even yesterday when everyone was busy doing vote appeal, he came live to talk about justice for Kathua-Unnao victims

And obviously you will treat people well on a live show. vishnu is a kid and that to someone else's daughter and everyone is nice to kids. Treating other women with respect is diff & giving equal opportunities to women in family is different. some people respect women only untill they remain within their family maryada .

Are, bhai, how would I know who asked him to marry? I am not their neighbor or their majordomo... All I know about him if from social media only... And anyway If you want to dislike someone you would do that no matter what he does, Now if his intention was "Image sudharo" or he was genuinely concerned only he knows, right? And when it comes to his marriage, he is obviously a known personality in Mathura, it's weird authorities did not take any action to stop the marriage as it was against the law... I am just giving him benefit of doubt, I personally don't like judging people or putting my nose in someone else's family matters... It's their lives, they won't stop just because a bunch of people are asking them on India forum.. Will they? This issue is not that simple

^^^^ exactly its marriage . no one would have forced him & his family to marry . they obviously did it out of their own wish fully knowing it would be illegal n now trying to cover it up what benefit of doubt can we give to a family who decides to not care for the legal age bar while marrying.

Forget the Brijwasis for a moment, but how was Master Saleem ok with that? 😲 He is such a big and known singer. Didn't he have second thoughts? Didn't he know about the laws? He was acting like it was no big deal. If authorities would have been stricter, he would have gotten himself in a problematic situation. Very strange 😕

Hemant was the most capable of the lot and he deserved the title. It would've been injustice to his talent if he hadn't. He was miles above the rest as some of you have commented. He never went out of sur once, he is truly an accomplished singer and I hope he makes it big in BW if that is his dream.
