ATs, GOTWs, newsletters, and all are made with permission from moderators. In this case, this forum does not have any because it's active, but there aren't any large issues like fanwars or bashing. That's why the forum is handled by the Global Moderators (*Shruti*, Aahaana, mango, and Jayshree). If you want to make an AT, GOTW sign-up, newsletters, WU sign-up, or promotional siggy contest, you need to take permission from one of the above. You can PM them, in order, and wait 24 to 48 hours for permission. They usually get back very quickly.

You can also ask for permission to open threads such as Help Desk, Archives, etc. The only items members won't get permission for is Rules Thread and Banner Contest. These are usually done by a moderator.

Thank you Shreya for always coming up with your valuable advice each time we need..I understand what you said.So if we want an AT for any member can you make one for us with due permission from moderators? I think for Narottam AT, Summer_Love and whoever is interested to make one..I would definitely make most of them but i have time issue and i always log in through my phone.so it is difficult for me to manage time..

@Shriya thanks for the info, b/w why RKC doesn't have any Mods? Usually every chsnnel have atleast 1 mods na? R am I not understood IF rules properly ?

@ twinkle55: No it's best a member asks to make the ATs because the member asking is also made AT admin which means they are responsible to ensure that the AT runs smoothly and doesn't break any IF rules.

@ NiklausFan: GMs look at 2 things usually before assigning a moderator to a forum. How active the forum is and how many problems there are. This forum is really active, but I have yet to see anyone fighting or bashing each other or bashing the characters or Anami fans fighting Satrupa fans, etc. That's probably what the GMs see as well. This means the GMs can handle the forum, any issues, and any permission requests. If the forum gets too far out of hand, then they will choose a moderator and assign one to the forum. There were channel moderators before, but a lot of them have taken veteran member status (basically means they resigned or left IF). Now GMs can handle most forums themselves, so they don't usually bring in new channel moderators.

I would love to make Narottam At. But unfortunately I have the same problem. I always log in through my phone. Currently with out a laptop. I'll see what I can do.
