I would say this was the most important message Madhoo gave to her daughter today. Because if you have to fight a battle you need good health. And if good thoughts are needed for mental health, good food is needed for physical health.
Also we need to understand that in this world there are many people who go to sleep hungry because they cannot afford to have food. In that situation if we are blessed to get food, we should never show disrespect to Maa Annapoorna. Only the lucky people in this world gets good food 4 times a day. It's a blessing.
Also another thing some times the consequences of our action can give us some pain that is very essential. When you tell I write my story and I am willing to be accountable for it, understand that result is not what you expect always. Just like the injection Anami got. That injection was needed. It was her zid of not having food that resulted in it. If she had taken bare minimum food then she would have been spared the injection.
So you should not cry when some of your actions give pain.
Another profound thought that came out was Vatsalya's poetry in which he mentioned I am not cheap to be wasted in tears. That means sitting and crying in his name doesnt help him. Taking affirmative actions in the direction of what he stood for ensures people really loved him. Vatsalya had lot of noble beliefs and he earnestly worked towards achieving them. If someone really loved him, then they have to ensure they deliver on his dream.
