I dont want to hurt anyone, but I think I have said this before as well... The creatives of this show are very moody. Sometimes they are creative, while sometimes they become very cliched. Its not bad to be cliche, but its bad to get influenced by fanatic demands and succumb under trp pressures. I never saw any good tracks or future of this show after Ratan's realization and consummation. I may be wrong, but my experience with ITV tells that its actually quite suicidal to bring in crap tracks like memory loss and separation out of nowhere for intelligent audience. Haan trp aunties get happy to be fed garbage, but for a person like me, its better to see the show ending gracefully rather than having it run on the screen for millions of years and keep watching repetitive and stupid tracks!

I think I am greatly influenced by Pakistani shows...which are finite and pre-recorded and their stories do not change whether people like or not.
Also I am a huge fan of American and British series and I find their Season approach very sensible and easy to digest. This gives ample time for the makers to come up with awesome stories...unlike the introduction of crappy tracks in Indian soaps. I am a fan of indian shows too, and I have watched a lot of them... and there was only one show in my knowledge, whose makers kind of refused to alter their story just for trps...and hence, that show closed down within 3 or 4 months...despite being an amazing amazing amazing show. It was Yeh Moh Moh Ke Dhage... But i really respect the makers of that show. They didnt get influenced by undue pressures and instead focussed on their own story, showed it till the end and left happy viewers without any unnecessary drama and all...

yes season approach is best ..then irespective of trp they wont include crappy tracks in between ..if trp is not good then tehy will change the theme if there is sesaon approach

but u know in usa also some shows run for 50 to 60 years .they ebat our indian shows and peopel for generations keep watching them ..

GENERAL HOSPITAL ..my cosuin in usa used to say taht she was watching the show from 10 years and now she is 43 and still watching it hahah i used to watch it when i was in usa every day
The show was created by husband-and-wife soap writers Frank and Doris Hursley, who originally set it in a general hospital (hence the title), in an unnamed fictional city. In the 1970s, the city was named Port Charles, New York. From its beginning, General Hospitalstarred John Beradino and Emily McLaughlin, and both actors stayed with the show until their deaths in 1996 and 1991 respectively. They were joined a year later by Rachel Ames who remains to date the longest serving actress on an ABC soap opera, having been continuously on the show from 1964 to 2007

amazing till their death acting in one show as couple

SHOW STARTED IN 1963 AND STILL RUNNING hahah

i wish our ratan diya to be like that acting as couple till they r old

i want teju to act until she is old .i.e 60 years ..now she is 26 ..so another 35 years ..i wish in india to there will be series like general hospital ..or they can just buy general hospital COPYRIGHT and do a indian version .

general hospital is about doctors anad medical field but also as usual soap series to continue ..marriage and children are born and their problems and their girl friends and there are two rival families for generations so interaction between their kids and their kids etc

for the original couple children born and they grown up in to yung men and their girl friends marriages and their kids etc etc

original couple grow old and become grandmother grandfather etc

As far as Fakie and his plan is concerned, I agree with what Varuni has said. Vivah event happens every year and since 2 yrs, Fakie was planning to get into Ratan's shoes maybe because usually its easier to target small places and newly crowned Daata hukums? And in this case, Daata hukum is young and inexperienced too.. Maybe he was a soft target and Fakie and his pile of junk terrorists thought that its easier to target them especially because Iric was coming and he was the person those terrorists are after.
Apart from that... I honestly disliked the way this HUGE event is shown to be so mediocre in the show. 😕 There was nothing special shown... Even the foreigners looked fake! With fake brown wigs and hair dyes!😃😃
Uss hisab se dekha jaye tou yeh koi buht hi bekaar terror attack aur plan aur event lag raha hai mujhe... 😆😆
The direction seemed to be poor too as pointed out by Surbhi in one of our discussions.
Ratan is the real Daata hukum, and he was roaming around in such sensitive haalat in the mehal WITHOUT a single weapon!!! 😕 When he collided with Meethi, he jumped on the gun she was holding just like that!😕 Abhi tou uss ne gun ka butt maar inko behosh kia, what if she had a silencer and she killed Ratan sa in the process? Tabb kia ker leta koi?
😕
But then again, trying to find logic in these shows is illogical in itself... 😆

Well said & @Bold part Exactly even I'm surprised but I think they planned to use that musical instrument as Weapon😕😆
