since its a fictional story and not exactly like RLHN Serial, i have take some liberties while writing this FF..

We all know that Diya was in love with Abhay, and they were engaged twice before and were about to get married.. though she was away from abhay for 12 years, he was still there in her heart. She had kept all his letters safely with her.. he was her first love.. she loved him deeply, remember when she had to ask abhay to leave kesar mahal, she felt so bad after that and was crying in bathroom later and Ratan was consoling her.. also after that ratan 's dushman drama was over, she was happy that finally she is going to marry the love of her life.. remember once ratan had saved his numbet as Abhay's number in diya's mobile and when ratan called her, she was talking to him so romatically, thinking she is talking to abhay...

Now she is in love with ratan, but abhay was her past.. in ff, she was affected by abhay's claim that her heart belongs to him.. she doesnt want her past to come back and affect her present and future with Ratan... she just wants to be ratan's, wholeheartedly, mentally and physically.. so that not even the thought that she did belong to abhay once, trouble her again..

👍🏼 i opened a thread saying abhay was diya first love and claimed the same points

1) why did she keep his letters with her if she completely forgot him?/

2) why did she cry after she burnt teh lettters??

3) she was ready for marital life with him wholeheartedly and she talks with him so romantically on phone( not bcos of obligation)

point is she loved abhay ..till that dhoka by abhay

i can understan diya point of view ..until she belongs physically and mentally to ratan she is not happy bcos she does not want to keep ratan and abhay o the same platform ..she wants to show that her love for ratan is more like in a completed form unlike abhay where her love was in a budding stage
