Was just watching another show by the same PH. There for the Tilak ceremony there are actors and a lot of people. Here, for DiBay marriage, some ceremonies were missed and there were very few people. No one talked about why none of Abhay's relatives had arrived? Do they not arrive at the venue a day or 2 earlier?

Usually Indian audience lap up marriage tracks. So makers usually extend them a lot. But in RLHN they rushed it through.

Is there a budget constraint here? Why are they missing out details?

Abhay and Arpita were out for revenge. It would have been very tough for writers to justify why the entire family from his side was present when all he wanted to do was jilt her at the mandap. I feel that is the reason Arpita's hubby was missing too. It is easily to justify why two people hurt in the part and burning in vengeance right now want to do something like this esp when diya's family is supported by Data hukum of the region and he is the one arranging the wedding. It would be tough to justify it if there were more people from their side involved. cause then the counter force to give up vengeance would have been too great to still justify revenge. Arpita's husband too would be from the same community and wouldnt want to take panga with DH's family.

I think foresight (what's your name dear?) does have a point about why Abhay's family shouldn't be there, but Diya's family should have at least asked about them. But looking at how the tracks were rushed, it feels as though the channel had put pressure on the makers to make Dira's marriage happen as soon as possible. Part of me feels that the makers are fumbling around and trying to figure out how to handle Dira since Dira's marriage happened so soon. Hopefully, they'll grab a foothold soon and learn how to handle Dira without compromising on their characterisations.

I feel the same as writers were forced to rushed the story so looks like they lost their rhythm.

I feel like Sony should totally chill out. Seriously, RLHN's TRPs never fall below 0.5, so they should give the makers the full liberty to craft the story as they wish considering their past history of TRPs.

Normally in a marriage the first thing is about welcoming the groom and his family. They come much before the phere. What I meant was that the people waited for so long especially from Diya's side. Someone should have sensed something was fishy.

We know why Abhay did what he did. Its just Diya's side including KM & co that I am thinking about.

they were in too much rush to get her married off that some blatant signals were ignored by everyone concerned

I don't think it was due to budget constraint..It wasn't really necessary to show all Abhay's relatives in the marriage and the makers wanted to fasten this marriage track and should get DIRA married , hence they missed out those..
If there is a budget constraint they would most probably shoot in Mumbai itself but they are shooting in different palaces of Rajasthan 😊
