Diya will be completely broken, she and her parents will face so much humiliation and ratan too might blame himself after all he was the one to convinve diya and abhay for marriage.

I was expecting this only only difference is that abhay want to take revenge for what diya did 12 years ago.

I hope that Diya is not shown completely broken. Sad yes but hope they do not turn her into a soppy heroine overnight.

And I agree it is still a taboo when someone's wedding gets broken but someone who handled so much stress on personal and professional level, can handle it.

(I have seen two of my close friends whose broke their own engagements and both were from conservative background and were pressurized by parents and extended family but they stood their ground. I wish they do not show a 30 year old independent woman as a damsel in distress needing a 21 year old prince charming to save her)

Finally DIRA are getting married.. Eagerly waiting for this episode..Have to watch how Diya will react when Ratan comes in her aid and decides to marry her.
