No offense to anyone. But R.Com portrays these clubs as 'meat market" - one night stands. Is this really a true depiction? Any confirmations?

I've never been to one.. cuz I really don't see the fun in spending time in a room that smells like sweat and alcohol.. plus, my parents would kill me =P
but apparently every show in the world shows nightclubs as a place to get some.. action..
I mean eventually people get drunk, sometimes are pretty sober, and end up having a one night stand..

Yep....Mumbai club scene is definitely on....actually its becoming prevalent in smaller cities too, starting from the upper-middle class..upwards.
and trust me. my city WAS small.

I think honestly it really depends on your lifestyle and how comfortable you are in those types of situations as an individual 😊

Personally, I hate the club here in North America, with all the pushing shoving, fights blahh, I've only gone once because Jay Sean was coming *ahem* so I had to go see him 😳 But other than that, back in 2008 I went to one in Mumbai and LOVED it😳 there was a different vibe, and quite honestly I'm just a lot more comfortable in Indian places and so I connected well there.

as for the show depicting it right? It's doing a perfect job, that is what it's like. One night stands? That really depends on you as a person na? 😊

Wow, this is what westernization does ---culture of many countries such as Philippines, Thailand and others have been spoiled. Well, some movies like Dostana and Love Aaj Kal have shown similar stuff but out of India.

May be it is time to move back to Mumbai.....just kidding again!

I completely agree, evn the way they r showing Rohan one girl for one night and then leave her later. But i love the character, just tht i like him so much, tht i don't like him sleeping wth so many girls.
But i guess it was coz of his parents, he rather want different girls than having one and getting married to her.
