The hospital rape case – Concluding part aired June 9^th

At the hospital Vidya is crying. Madhavi, Anupam and Rajeev come there. Madhavi asks her why Shalini left that night without telling anyone? Vidya tells that she too is surprised but one nurse told her that Shalini is sick. Madhavi tells Vidya that Shalini is pregnant. Vidya is shocked because Shalini is unmarried. Madhavi asks Vidya if Shalini has any affair? Vidya says not that she knows of but Shalini likes Dr.Raj. Vidya wants the culprit behind bars soon. Bhandari comes in and tells her that she will be discharged from the hospital that evening.

Bhandari takes Anupam aside and asks him if they have got any clues about rapist? He wants this case to be solved fast. Just then a car mechanic comes and hands over Bhandari keys to him and gives him car repair bill. He is not happy with the amount Bhandari pays him so he tells him that he had to come to the hospital to pick car that night and then repaired so he needs more money. Anupam is surprised to know that Bhandari was in the hospital that night. He asks Bhandari to do a DNA test. Bhandari is furious and says he is the owner of the hospital and not an employee so he can come and go as he wishes. He asks NCCW team to get out of the hospital. Anupam tells him that no one is above law.

Madhavi and Anupam are wondering about Bhandari's strange behavior. Raghav follows Arvind and finds out that he went to Shalini's house. He calls and tells the same to Madhavi. Madhavi says Arvind is just a ward boy but spends too much money. They narrow down the suspects to Shalini, Arvind and Bhandari. Shalini can't rape obviously and Arvind's DNA test is negative so only possible suspect is Bhandari.

Anupam and Raghav pick Arvind from a disco where he was throwing money and take him to NCCW office. Anupam tells him that his DNA test is positive and that he raped Vidya (Nice trick😆😆). Arvind is scared and tells them that he is innocent. That night around 3:30 am he heard two people talking where girl was scolding the guy for cheating on her. He recognized the voice as Shalini and Dr.Raj's. Raj was not on duty that night but he was sure that he heard his voice. So next day when he heard about the rape he suspected Dr.Raj and he just casually called up Raj and told him that he saw the rape and demanded some money and to his surprise he agreed to pay him. Raj told him that he would send the money to Shalini. So he went to Shalini's this morning to pick money. Anupam and Madhavi tell him not to reveal this to anyone.

When Madhavi and Anupam tell Raj what Arvind told them he says that Arvind is a fraud and they have no proof that he is the rapist so better they leave him alone. Madhavi tells Anupam that they need to get some proof against Raj. She asks Tanvi and Raghav to collect proofs about Raj.

Tanvi and Raghav are shown enquiring about Raj to various people and collecting some info. They get some proof against him from previous hospitals he worked in. NCCW team go to Shalini's house and ask her about Raj, she is furious. Madhavi says she shouldn't defend a rapist and a killer (he killed an innocent unborn child)😡. Tanvi shows her proof of Raj's sexual advances to his colleagues and patients in previous hospitals. Shalini cries and tells them that she saw Dr. Raj raping Vidya.

that dr. raj should be punished for two crimes- one for raping vidya and another for murdering her unborn child. these people should be given such a severe punishment that the others around shouldn't even think in their dreams that they can get away with such crimes. even hanging is too less for them. they should be given a more gory death like in the saudi arabia where criminals are stoned to death in a public place.

i totally agree, in india the judicial system is so slow that its takes years b4 someone gets justice.

but it was very evident Raj was the culprit in this case since he was around when the doctor told she will ask the nurse to give the injection to Vidhya in the night.

People like dr Raj need he strictest of punishment. He not only raped and killed, but he is a doctor and he sullied the nobility of his profession.
