Real story that was posted on setindia message board from the victim's family (nitesh tahalramani )
On 6th march 2005, my sister Jaya, married to Sumit Tahlani of Lucknow(48-c, singar nagar, Kanpur road, Lucknow) was found dead.
- we were not informed
- I talked to her on the same day at about 2 pm to wish her on her birthdat,same day.
- My father's sister called her up at about 8.20 pm. Her mother in law talked and told that she was in her room at first floorand thus can not talk right now.
- at 9.00 pm , my mother called her up and was told that Jaya has committed SUICIDE.
- A suicide note was found in her hand.
- There was no spot of blood or anything like that on the suicide note.
- Not only herself but she had also killed her beloved son of 2 years.
- The information about her death was given to police but not to her parents.
- the Xerox copies of her suicide note was given to the police but not to her parents.
- She was shot by a bullet and it was told to us that she has shut herself.
- The bullet was exactly in the middle of her forehead.
- It was told that the bullet was shot touching her forehead, but neither the skull was cracked nor the bullet came out from the other side.
- when her in laws were asked that why we were not informed, they told that they became tensed, but in tension also, they did not forget to inform police or to take xerox of suicide note.
- No body in the house heard the voice of the revolver though her room was at the first floor only.
- when her in laws were asked what has happened, they told that they do not know anything . They are totally safe and we can not do any harm to them.
- In the post mortem report, the exact timing has not been given. The TIIME given is two hours before or after 4 pm.
- Jaya did not know how to use the revolver and how to reload that.
- The post mortem report of Monish, her son has not come yet since he was kept in ICU for 3 days but there also he was breathing with the help of machines not on her own.
We request you to please investigate about this matter and provide us justice.
