Gyan tells kshom that they must find out what is the reason behind jia changing so radically. Kshom follows Jia into hospital and is taken aback to find Jia is bribing the doctor to announce that she is not fit to deliver a child. Kshom later confronts with Jias asking her an explanation. Here Jia explains that she wants to have the power of Pandey family amazing kshom. Gyan also accidentally is able to hear their conversation. Gyan is emotionally shattered to know that her beloved Jia is nothing but a gold digger. Here we reveal his fatherly love for Jia that he does not tell Anushree about her daughter's misdeed. Jia in order to vilify herself tries to bring this topic in front of her mother. Her mother reprimands her for her atrocious behavior towards Pandey family. Here Savitri and devyani enters Jia's room to patch up with Jia. There they find Jia is offending them. Impulsively Devyani slaps jia where jia tells devyani tht at no point of time she will take the responsibility of being the surrogate mother surprising everyone inside the room.

5 th sept

The whole family is bewildered to hear that Jia refuses to be the surrogate mother. Verbal confrontation takes place where jia tells the Pandey family that her life is of no worth by serving the family, as she never got from them anything. Rukmini assesses that zia is like any normal girl who believes in materialism. But Gyan is too persistent to believe. Thus he goes to jia to reconfirm why she is doing these acts of illogicality. But when he believes the holy goodie jia has changed…. He impulsively slaps her. Kshom is astounded to find that jia has refused to be the surrogate mother and Nethra has taken her place. What puzzles him more to find jia is filing case to bercome the director of the company and get her share of asset from Pandays family? Jia reaches the pinnacle of audacity by tagging a condition to Kshom that she will like to stay with him alone with out her mother Gayatri and sister Chavi.

06/09/2005 - advance updates

Kshom's verbal confrontation with jia takes place where she is very clear that she wants gayatri and chavi to exit from their life other wise she is not ready to get married.. Here Nethra is brought into the house with admiration. She realizes that she is now an inherent part of the family. Here kshom and Zia are missing each other. Kshom tension enhances when he finds his mother gaytri and chavi are leaving the house for his marital bliss. Kshoms get annoyed at them for not having faith in their son and for underrating jia. Jia cannot be that ruthless. The altercation between kshom and jia takes place on the same issue where it reaches a point that jia breaks the engagement. Here we see the final confrontation-taking place between gyan, rukmini and jia where they accuse themselves to be insensitive and Selfish. This confusion ends when gyan and Rukmini tells jia to get out. Jia is walking on the road to find Shekhar is waiting for her and is forwarding her medical report.

7th sept

Here shekhar tells Jia that her health is the major issue for changing so radically. Jia explains that the Pandey family unconditionally loves her. It shall hurt them more if she dies in front of them thus she had to tarnish her image. Shekhar helps her to settle down in some other place consoling her that they shall go to the best doctor. Here we find Shekhar has hired Nishna- duplicate of jia and her uncle kadam for conning Pandeys Family by replacing Nishna as jia and Chiki bua is an accomplice in this endeavor. Nishna's inner fear is that she had conned Kshom some time long ago. But now she again has to re-enter in her life acting as jia. Here we find gyan and Kshom are missing jiya at the same time unable to conceive that how can jia change so completely. Gyan is gathering jia's belonging in order to throw them out with the purpose of eradicating her memories He finds Jia is standing in front of her who is none other than Nishna.

Telecast: September 8,2005

Nisna feels relaxed knowing that it's Jia's birthday that was baffling her. Jia goes to the temple. Shekhar comes there and reminds Jia that he still has not forgotten her birthday. Nisna is being showered with expensive gifts. Jia asks Shekhar to meet her mother. Jia meets her mother without disclosing her identity. Kshom gifts Nisna an expensive necklace. Nisna and Kadam are shocked to see the opulence of the birthday party .The episode ends with Nethra proclaiming in the party that she wants to divorce Shekhar

Telecast: September 9,2005

Nethra's proclamation surprises every one. Later we come to know that it is Nethra's idea. Here Shekhar tells the same thing to gyan. Nisna tactically convinces that this is an ideal step for both for them. When Shekhar tells Jia that he has divorced Nethra and still has soft corner for her. Jia becomes unconscious while playing and shekhar takes her to hospital where they put her in ICU. He gets baffled to know that the medicines given to her falsely had negative reactions on her .Jia has overheard his conversation with the doctor.

Telecast: September 12,2005

It seemed that Jia in her semi conscious state heard the conversation between doctor and Shekhar. But he realizes that Jia has not heard anything. Nethra is trying to leave the Pandey house. Nisna is confident that Nethra is acting. Samar motivates Nethra by making her a partner in a new project surprising Nisna. Nisna goes to Kshom 's house to assess what is his real worth and she is convinced that Shekhar is richer than Kshom. The episode ends with Nisna and Kadam are deciding that they are better off with Shekhar rather than Kshom. Thus Nishna decides to get married to Shekhar.

Telecast: September 13,2005

As Shekhar returns home he is thoroughly interrogated by Gyan and Rukmini about last night in the hospital. Nisna saves Shekhar telling that he had informed her but she forgot to tell them. Nisna tries to win the heart of Shekhar. But Shekhar makes it very clear that no one can replace Jia. Nethra tries to get close to Samar and convinces him to organize a promotional party. The episode ends with the basti people ostracizing them asking them their legality of the relationship and Shekhar slapping one of them telling that he is the husband of Jia.

Telecast: September 14,2005

When the bickering of the people reaches the zenith, Jia blabbers that Shekhar is not her husband. Comments were harsher leading Shekhar assaulting the man who had spoken blatantly. But Kadam is astonished to find that it was Shekhar who had paid the guy to speak. Nethra has organized a pompous party where she methodically tarnishes Devyani's image by putting some alcoholic substance in her glass making her intoxicated. Devyani makes it very clear to Samar that she is not going to any party any more. Shekhar persistence compels Jia to listen to him where he proclaims that he wants to marry her.
