Shreya's testimony can be dismissed with her mental condition. I don't think there's any time for a court case against Ananya. Something will happen that will trap RG before that. I still remember Sunny telling her that tu galat time pe Laxmibai kyon ban jaati hain. This was in one of the earlier episodes. LOL it still holds true.

Hahaha... Lizzie you cracked me up in this tense situation also. Sach mein bandi toh out of control hoti ja rahi hai. Bechara Kabir koi bhi dhang ki aurat nahi milthi usko. Ek woh Tarini thi pata nahi kaha chali gayi. Itna sab kuch ho raha hai ki case solve hone ke baad Kabir in sab ko chod ke Tarinu ke saath chale jaaye. Life mein peaceful to rahega.

Ya Shreya cannot stand in court as a witness . She has a medical history of mental illness

I guess that is what they will do

From attempt to murder it will become public disgrace of Shreya
