I am going to believe that accident is real but the whole death thing is staged by team Kabir to expose Shreya..unless they show otherwise in the episode...

Are they targeting the weak spot of the weakest person in the link i.e. Manav through Ronnie rather than their old one of getting close and learning their moves...Ronnie does not act in the heat of the moment..so I assume this is a part of plan..they are compelling Manav to act as per their desire in order to expose MaYa..maybe Ronnie's death is staged and Manav will fall for this and himself expose Shreya's deeds or something similar..
