I first thought maybe Ronnie will be injured due to Shreya to cause more misunderstanding between Kabir and Ananya. But he's told her.. how much ever she tries she can't separate him and Ananya... so I think the attack could have been by RG on anyone close to Ananya and Ronnie and even Kabir get injured.

What does this mean, Rabzy? MaYa is Manav and Shreya I suppose and does RoKa mean Kabir and Ronnie? Matlab maybe Ronnie is at the wrong place at the wrong time and gets injured in an attack/sabotage actually meant to harm Kabir?

I think Ronnie may have come to know about some move of Shreya & he must have try to stop that may be personally or by informing Kabir, so Shreya made him injured for stopping him from taking any action .
