if this was one of the crappy serials, then they would have shown ananya marrying kabir for revenge. luckily reporters is not one of those and writers aren't sadistic. Ananya may be angry with him(she has every right) but she still loves him. so those kinds of theories are out of the question, especially given the lack of time. Ananya will get a big jolt when she realizes that shreya was the one who sent her that email, nothing else is necessary.

mail message clearly indicates the senders intention. sender wants to create MU between Kabir and ananya. how can a killed person sent a message saying i'm killed and Kabir was eyewitness. it is really a super blunder made by sender.
