In fact they were more broad minded about Kabir Tarini issue then many young girls here

May be they are ahead of their time

it is not a matter of deserving or not. some shows are just made for niche audience but they are still appreciated, just like how reporters is appreciated by a select group of audience. Trps and audiences aren't everything, quality is important as well. Generations of viewers are used to watching saas bahu shows, and that won't change easily but reporters made its mark as well.

You have raised a very valid question Gitanjali..I too never understood why people of my age group and even younger ones are drawn towards EK show..frankly they offer nothing to us viewers at all and are a complete waste of time...While I was in hostel I used to find girls skipping dinners and fighting for remote to watch this crap! Could not understand them at all! I gave my friends episodes of series like House MD, Sherlock Holmes, Castle, Modern Family etc but they never liked those..it was so surprising for me and I started staying away from their crap talks about EK shows for my sanity rather than trying to explain them what crap they are watching!

But most girls watch shows like KKB , meri aashaqi tumse hi of EK For the make lead . When I was on hostel girls used to fight for remote too for kasauti zindagi ki . They loved Ronit Roy so much . Same is the case with current EK Ronit show

I have a friend who does watch castle mantalist Sherekoc Holmes etc and is not Indian Show watcher but she is mad about RR and says for him she can watch anything

I didn't understand it but since coming to follow RK I can understand this type if fandom a little

This is not happening because of TRPor the channel

Sony has not interfered with the show and the channel too might believe in then

In fact Sony is the only channel which tries to make something different otherwise SP and akk just churn out same run of the mill regressive family dramas

Yes we deserve reporters and more such shows

Thats been the silver lining to Reporters as whole...that they stuck to what show was supposed to be, they didn't deterred or drifted away from the concept😃😃 & now they will take us to the end with a smile on our face...😊 alongwith sadness that we gonna miss it...
Personally I'm not feeling as bad, or disappointed with each day show is taking a step ahead to finale...as was prepared for it...& since beginning knew that show will be end on a said date, as promised...

Can only wish all actors all the best, hope they do get to work in better & better projects in times to come
Reporters cast &audience will sooner or later will cross paths together in some other project 😃😃
fangirl is miss my daily dose of hero 😳😳😳 but wil drool on playing videos in loop, till he makes another presence be it in films or TV

Hey, don't feel bad. We are all here for reporters. I know the TRP thing is really ridiculous, but our show has many online viewers. I know it will take so much time to change our indian mentality and it can only happen if we really really try to change it, seriously dil se.
