What is actually bothering Kabir?

I feel its both these things that trouble him.

The thought that even Ananya judges him just like others do hurts him more than her "relationship" with Ronnie. He had genuinely started to see her as a friend and finally begun to let his guard down. But then to hear her call him a womanizer; it kind of reminded him why he never lets anyone in his life in the first place...and now this pain is making him put his defenses up again by making Ananya believe that he really is the womanizer that she thinks he is.

I really think he would not have reacted this way if the cabin incident had not happened. Ofcourse, seeing Ananya and Ronnie together would still upset him and make him jealous but he'd never behave the way he is doing now (like taking Malvika for dinners and stuff). Infact, he would have continued to be her friend and mentor, even if it meant heart-break for him everytime he sees her with Ronnie.

Kabir is damn busy for the world saying words to him.. But when Ananya sees a " womaniser " in him .. it bothers him so much so that he is unable to acknowledge the fact..

He is equally suffering by Ronnie n Ananya's closeness... The actual fact is unknown to him though.. He cant see her with Ronnie,,, n this is leading to hurt Ananya with going out with Malvika..

But why he is not bothered that Ananya is suffering every time and she is not able to utter a word ... ??/

Both are suffering.. n equally hurt.. lets see who will start the convo with every bit cleared n they get the fresh air coming n love expressed... 😳
