What do u think will da reason behind this sudden call???

Jo bhi ho...but I am getting Negative vibe from it.

At the first place, did KL call Kabir or was it Kabir who wanted to meet him? Considering Kabir's usual attitude and his health status, I think the 2nd option makes more sense.

It is Malvika's doing after hearing Kabir/Ananya conversation...She wants to keep Kabir away from Ananya, and what better way to do it than to ask her dad to call him...

Meanwhile, she might plan something against Ananya...

As kabir told in his questionnaire that he can sell his imman for something I don't remember properly

I am too getting negative vibes for this sudden Singapore trip

today in precap khalid already gives hint when he was saying "ya to udayega or nikalega like something " he was seeing ananya when he said nikalenga because they thought she may disturb kabir which may affect them so better ro remove her & no doubt they will start plan because kabir is not here...

As a wild guess I would say option 4 because he woudnt call him there for a case that can be done through teleconferencing. Kabir is to important for them to give warning over anything. If marriage was the issue KL would have visited India so yes I guess it could be 4
