I want the first option to happen but our Indian Cvs are not so 'dayalu'
They will shoot the second scene...

Although I want the first one to happen, but I feel the 2nd one might happen. But had the reason been jealousy, Kabir wouldnt have gone to Ananya's house at the first place after Malvika informed him about Ronnie. The fact that Ananya considers him to be responsible for wiping out all "ummeed" from her life and didnt want to take his support the previous night, might lead him to leave the place silently, thinking that Ananya has finally has cooled down and made peace with the truth, with Ronnie's help.

He may not want to remind Ananya of last night's incident, by going in front of her.
