I definitely think that might have been the reason because s Khuranna said when Ananya's dad ka case came up Kabir was still a small shot reporter, not as well known and brilliant he is now.
I doubt Kabir is going to involve ananya at first, he is going to some undercover work by himself first.

I loved each n every character today...n everything seemed to go with the wind. Nothing sleazy or too cheesy!

Manav - I can defo see him in different light now. His way of reading the news n firm reply to Malvika was something very unexpected

Malvika - Giving permission to Ronnie or rather welcoming Mrs.Kashyap to the studio was a heart whelming change.

Ronnie , Armaan and Mrs.Kashyap. - They didnt gather much screen space but the emotions were well played to the T ! It did strike you with something called reality.

Kabir - This person never ever fails to impress me ! He could have a sharp tongue just to protect ananya, can allow himself to hold his nerves and truely understand what that girl is going through. Who could have showcased the last scene better than Rajeev ! That scene was nothing close to Romantic but it was hard hitting , impactful performance.

Ananya ! Phew !! I am so glad that it came totally opposite of what i had expected. She being the young blood and spiting fire here and there but the moment she saw the news airing, everything changed. She did spite fire but now her concern for her mother took over. I loved it... Beautifully portrayed.

What perfect situation a sorry could come up !

About Ananya: I share your sentiments! Seriously I was very worried how she iss going to behave after yesterday and the spoilers but they have managed to completely redeem her behavior! 😃 I was SO happy to see the old Ananya back!
The scene where Kabir consoled het is one of the best ever! His words gave her such strength and courage, Im very sure her trust and faith in him will be more stronger than ever!

Kal ka episode is gonna be another dhammaka! ❤️

I believe the same as you, I really don't want and hope that Kabir isn't one of the major factors for the destruction of Ananya's life. I feel that will complicate everything MORE than neccessary anf they might not go down that road.
