kiya koi mujhe bata sakta hai key animation or avators bananey key liye mein konsa softwre ure karon pls tell me photoscape key elawa jo pc par sahi chal sakey

The easiest is photoscape..

Photoshop and GIMP are the standard softwares..

there are several online gif-makers too..

I suggest you ask this in the Avatar and Signature Forum. They are well versed in all of this. You make a post there and someone would help you. :P I don't know anything much about this at all. xD

Yea, there a lot of photo editing softwares out there. Some include Photoshop, Gimp, PainShop Pro, Pixlr.
and just as Najma said, either ask in A&S forum or you can also get help from Reporters Help Desk! Hope this helps! :)
