-Is Accusation an Evidence enough-

It easy to accuse anyone ...& its easier to say that "every accused pleads innocence" but we rarely go to the other side...as its unfair to just take a stand on just by hearing one side of story.

May be the person accusing has some hidden agenda...some personal enmity towards the accused.

I personally am not blaming the girl or saying she had been wrong to accuse & come out in open with her accusations...Being a individual if she felt Doc. Sinha's actions as molesting her...She has full right to accuse the doctor & ask for punishment for Dr.Sinha, & if he is found guilty he should be severly punished...

But before the students or staff had reacted the way they had...didn't they knew the kind of person Dr. Sinha had been since he is working their since all these years...

Have there be any such previous accusations on him.

Have Doctor's behaviour had been same to all other female students & staff.

I doubt if just girl's statement can be treated as evidence against doctor...

The girl had the right to accuse, but if her accusations turn out false...she must be held equally accountable.

Good to see Kabir-Ananya working in good synchronization ...& Kabir gradually getting used to working with stupid reporter...& guess editor saab doesn't only remember her bracelets but also keeps in mind what she says... "tumhara toh fast tha na" for once Miss.Kashyap seemed surprised too that Kabir remembered she had told him about the fast.

Felt sorry for Khalid ...poor him must have brought a delicious cake for celebration...& Kabir stopped him from celebrating...wonder what Khalid gonna do with the cake. Hope KKN becomes no.1 soonest ...else cake will get spoiled.

Kabir's sequence with Anuraag was definitely the shot of the day...it was refreshing admist whole seriousness of the doctor molestation case.

On second thoughts kabir cud have taken same cake for Anuraag...but didn't knew Kabir had to go tiger hunting for cake... He was too much... but must say Kabir is pretty good with kids, it was interesting how he manaofied Anuraag.

& its surprising Manav always end up being uninvited guest everywhere... last night at dinner & todays secretly at bday celebration...want to see his face when he comes to know that Kabir-Tarini relation is not exactly what he is thinking it to be...

The incident at hospital was disturbing...without even knowing the truth, students/media just simply made the doctor look as the biggest culprit...agreed molestation & any crime against women is a sensitive issue...& personal involved should be given severest of punishment...but without proving him guilty...I was not surprised when doc refused to give any statement...the whole process had been humiliating for him.

On a whole somewhere such impulsive & immediate judgement is too disturbing specially if the person involved is not guilty or the allegations on person turn out to be false.

But glad to see, Kabir didn't presented the news as an accusation or as allegation on Doctor...neither he supported doctor...he just presented the news neutrally presenting facts & achievements about doctor... Innocent till proven guilty...

In a way Kabir is taking forward from Nidhi's case...what was left incomplete during Nidhi's news...once again there was impulsive judgement by the staff & students back at hospital...without giving chance to let Doctor present his side of story...his was being humiliated, asked for resignation...

Media has a freedom to present the news, to spread awareness about crimes...they are in a position to influence public opinion ...but they also need to have the sense of responsibility as Kabir said

"insaaf saboot mangta hai...ilzaam gawahi... Har sikke ke do pehlu hote hai.. Bina jawaabdehi ke azadi bemani".

Lets see how authentic the allegations on doctor turns out to be...or the girl accusing the doctor will turn out to be part of some conspiracy...Just my guess...the whole news might lead to something related to as serious as organ racket transplant racket...or might eventually lead to Ananya's father's scandal.

This doctor case might bring the required twist in story as a whole...added with Manav's efforts of revealing kabir's past...which might eventually lead to Kabir-Ananya coming together.

Lets see how the case turns out 😊😊 will this case mark the beginning of a twist in the show 😊😊

Manav.. he is only a idiot without observing a thing properly he goes for solution and come out with disasters lol...he is just a dumb...i am seriously maajboor to say ""no brain no gain""...he can't even match that weather reporters brain chale hain Cheif in EDitor banne..bukuf...

i really get assumed by that hospital scenario...its was king of forcing...i was seriously get disturbed.. well any crime against women/anyone is sensitive but there is no need to put all of your allegation against anyone just for mediaTRP...agree Media is most powerful in todays era and they need to put their honest effort to it...Prove a culprit a criminal not a innocent soul...if you don't know the truth try to find out but not by accusing someone without any evidence...

A very valid point raised by Kabeer and this time we know that Dr Sinha might be innocent so we are a little sympathetic but in real situationb if such a news comes out dont we always believe the victim? It is because this is a very grave accusition and as women we will always tend to sympathise with the female. Byt yes in real life too we have heard of cases where man is falsely accused. It happens on deniel of promotion etc in corporate world

So yes accusition is not evidence of consvictiom. There has to be more proof problem is if the accustitions are true its very diffucy=ult to get proof

exactly dat my point is...in real life too..if something wrong happens to a women we do end up sympathising the female no matter how good the accused male wud be...Our first instinct is to accuse the man ...& just mark him as a criminal...

but there have been cases where accusation have turn false...
hope the show presents both the side...if accusation on doctor turns false, they should atleast mention that girl also got punished.

Manav as a character is developing good (on the dumber side) 😆😆😆😆 kind of actions he is doing now...I really doubt if he is capable of being editor in chief.

Its indeed disturbing when media goes on to present just one side of story, & makes the accused looked guilty without even any strong proof.
