I think the name " Ananya" has to do something with his personal life, so that's why he keeps on calling her as Miss Kashyap. Anyways it's pretty cute the way Kabir calls her as her surname, reminds me of Rajveer the way he always refer Naina as Cadet Singh or Naina Ah Singh 😳

Guess the transition from Miss Kashyap to Ananya will happen in future...like it happens in most of TV soaps... Hero heroine initially start off formally...then come up on first name basis... 😛...when they eventually fall in love...

Journey from Miss Kashyap to Ananya will be interesting n when he will call her as Ananya it would be special..but yeah I also think der might be a reason bhind this maybe he knew someone else by ds name

But I like Miss Kashyap ...specially when Kabir remembers Miss Kashyap's bracelets I think transition is not too far😳😆

It could be that he is attracted to her and trying to keep a distance and he already heard on the mike how she expresses her self freely and he is trying to maintain boundaries at work place .I hope her name has nothing to do with his personal life it will be awkward for me as a viewer .
