that pic is called avtar.u can request it frm the avtar and signature shop forum

hey tia that's very simple.just go to the top of the page,u will find settings,click on it.
then the dialouge box will appear and click on edit-profile.the first option.
then another dialouge box will appear,go down and u will find,upload avatar.click on that.
and if u have saved any pics of remix or anything then click on upload avatar.and then click on browse.then all ur pics will come.click any one of that.and ur pic is here.
i think u got ur answer.

also i u wish to see signatures then u can enable that option too
its there in settings option only. 😃
