"Ishq Vishq" way! 😛 Apna Yuvi is Shahid while Ashi is Amrita.😉
So here goes:

In keeping with the spirit of Valentine's Day, a Valentine's Day ball had been arranged at Maurya High. The entire place had been bedecked with roses and hearts. The over all theme was red and white. A popular band had been called in to play for the crowd. All the people were rather enjoying themselves. While one girl was looking at all her suroundings and rolling her eyes.
"Mattey, mujhein ab tak pata nahin chala hain, yeh sab log ek stupid day ke peeche kitne paagal ho jaate hain! Saare ke saare duh uhs ban gaye hain!"
"Ashi! Tum Valentine's day ka true form nahin jaanti ho. It's all about........" Vrinda trailed away as she saw that her friend had left her and was now inching her way towards the drinks table. She shook her head. Ashi was Ashi. And yet, she was the only girl in Maurya High who's hair colour perfectly matched the decorations and the theme, Vrinda thought amusedly. 😆
Ashi was having a ball at the drinks table, making sarcastic comments, esp. on the angels, who had gone wild at the thought of a Valentine's ball. She was just listening to the music enjoying her drinks, when she felt a light tap on her shoulder. She turned around and froze. 😳
"Ashi I...." 😳 Yuvi tried to say and he held her hand in his.
"Just get lost Yuvi!" Ashi said, trying to wrench her hand from his.
"Ashi listen, I'm.......I'm really sorry...I just want....." Yuvi tried once again.
"Yes, Mr. Yuvraj Dev is always wanting this thing and that. Dekho Yuvi, mujhe akela chod do, nahin toh tumhaari woh "sweet" girlfriend hai naa, mujhe phir se accuse karegi, usse tumhein cheen ne ke liye!" Ashi said acidly.
"Ashi listen meri koi....."
"Yuvraj Dev, just cut it out ok?" Ashi said angrily and after finally wrenching her hand from his, literally ran away from him, her good mood spoilt. She was on the verge of tears but controlled herself. It would not do to make a fool of herself in front of everyone. 'What I'm I thinking? I'm already a big fool!' she thought sadly.
Yuvi looked at her for a long time, now sadly contemplating his next move. While he was thinking, Sid came upto him.
"Hey mathuri Yuvi, tu yahaan pe hain, dekh sabhi ladkiyaan tera intezaar kar rahi hain dance floor pe. Chal naa,"
"Hey Sid, tu jaa re, mera mood nahin hain,"
"Arrey yaar tujhe kya hua?" Sid asked wonderingly, then following Yuvi's gaze which was fixed on Ashi, he realized. Just then Ranveer also came up.
"Arrey Sid, woh Meher toh wahaan pe hain, abhi abhi dekha," Ranveer said. Yuvi suddenly looked between the two of them.
"Kya? Meher?" he asked, confused.
"Arrey Sid, Meher ko jaake propose karnewaala hain aaj raat," Ranveer told to an incredulous Yuvi while Sid started blushing. Yuvi gaped at Sid for one whole minute, then started laughing, shaking his head in disbelief.
Unabashed Sid said, "Haan yaar, first time life mein kuch toh accha karne jaa raha hoon. Kya karegi, naa bolegi, zyaada se zyaada thappad maregi! Yuvi tujhe bhi kisiko propose karne chaahiye, hai naa?" he winked at Yuvi.
"Haan Yuvi, waise kisko karna chaahiye......." Ranveer also winked, "shayad woh jinke taraf tum itna ghoor rahe ho!"
Yuvi shook his head, depressed, when Ranveer put his hand on his shoulder and smiled at him and gestured towards Ashi. Then Yuvi looked up and nodded at them both. Then he went towards the DJ who was playing the music and spoke with him for a few minutes. Sid and Ranveer looked at each other, confused.
Then suddenly, the music stopped. Everyone turned around, complaining. And there was Yuvi with the mike.
"I'm sorry everyone. Just a few minutes please. Thanks," he said to the crowd.
Ashi looked curiously at the scene before her, wondering what he was upto.
Yuvi started, "Main bahut bada psycho hoon...."
"Woh toh tum ho," Ashi muttered to herself.
"Aur maine uss ladki ko hurt kiya hain, jiske baare mein, main sabse zyaada care karta hoon," Yuvi went on, now looking at her. Ashi avoided his gaze.
Yuvi continued, "I just want to say ki I'm sorry. I don't know main kis ego trip pe tha......" as he was saying, he jumped down from the small stage built for the DJ and started walking towards Ashi. Now Ashi could no longer avoid his intense gaze and she looked on.
"Yeh kiske taraf jaa raha hain?" Tia asked her angels. Both of them shrugged.
"Woh Anvesha toh nahin?" Tia asked again. All three of them lookd at each other, amazed.
Meanwhile, Yuvi was saying, " Ashi, I'm so sorry," as he stood, now in front of her.
"Please Yuvi, tumhein kya lagta hain, yeh silly sorry kehke main tumhein maaf karungi? Then please dodo, apni dreamworld se baahar aao, yeh Timboland nahin hain."
"Ashi, I know ki mein maafi ke bhi laayak nahin hoon...."
"Toh phir dumbo, maafi hi kyun maang rahe ho?" Ashi said sarcastically, even though she couldn't help but melt a little. Yuvi noticed this.
"Because wacko, I love you," Yuvi said. Ashi's head snapped up quickly on hearing this. The crowd around them whistled and there were catcalls.
"Oh shut up psycho, main tumhein nahin maaf karne waali, no, never," Ashi said. However, she couldn't help but inch towards him slowly. Yuvi smiled at this behaviour of hers.
"Aur tum ek silly girl ki tarah hass kyun rahe ho?" Ashi said, hearing which Yuvi stopped smiling but still continue to gaze mischievously at her. Now everyone was smiling at the two of them.
"Main- I don't believe myself......." Ashi muttered under her breath.....
"Fine, last chance, aur ek baar psycho...." she said as she flung herself on him and they hugged. Now there were more whistles than ever as everyone cheered and hooted loudly. Ashi and Yuvi both went as red as her hair, blushing profusely but still hugging each other.
Then the DJ said to a cheering audience, "And now, I dedicate this song to Ashi and Yuvi....!!!"
The song went, 'Love is in the Air........"
