He was seated right beside ashi as she sipped on her drink.

"heyy bhaggu! Itni boring party meine jumbo ke time pe hi attend ki thi" said ashi, breaking the silence.

"right! Par wahaan bhi humne remix ka performance diya tha.. god! U remember jumbo's face!" smiled yuvi

"Obviously! How can anyone forget it! Wasn't it the only chance where we could experience a drunk jumbo!"

"ashi! You actually changed his drinks! Thanks to soniya aunty that you were not suspended!"

"did I have an option yuvi.. we had to go out and.."

She bit her tongue before she could say anything else. Scenes flashed in front of her every tenth second. She had planned a night out with him, but jumbo and his sad parties. luckily she managed to get some free time with him.

"err, if you want, we can have a remix performance here too.. well, if you really don't mind.."

"what? Here? Psycho.. I don't feel like singing.."

"so.. don't tell me you feel like dancing now.. you cannot dance..u don't know t.. I mean .. you can.. but u cant 'want to' dance.." he looked at her.

"oh well, I want to. Yes, I do want to dance…" she gritted her teeth.

"so.. okay! Lets go dance!" he bent down, taking her hand.

"very well!" she pulled him on the dance floor.

Meanwhile sany had been sulking on what sad songs were being played. She was sober now. She remembered how she was all over kabeer, and every single thought about that made her more angry.

"die good looking boy with brown hair and brown eyes! Die!" she gritted her teeth.

"no.. don't die.. that would break my heart." She frowned.

"OH! MY! FREAKING! GOSH! What is going on with me!" she looked at kabeer as h happily got drinks for the others.

"here.. have this, it'll make you feel better." He smiled.

"sure.. so kabeer!" she stood and seated next to him., "so.. tell me more bout yourself.. any, err.. girlfriends up there in Bombay?"

Kabeer- "yeah.. many.."

Sany- "girl-girl-friends.. oh come on.."(hit him playfully)" you know."

Kabeer- "oh that" (pretendd surprised) "no no..none.."

Sany(smirked)- "obviously!"

Kabeer- "excuse me?"

Sany- "yeah.. seeing you, which girl would want to be with you.. you know.."

Kabeer- "hello.."

Sany (cutting him)- "oh no.. I don't mean to offend you.. it's the same with me too.. ive always been the non serious kinds. So.. you see.."

Kabeer-"oh! Yeah.. I do.. that's so much easier.. there are so many fishes in the sea! Why do you stick up to one.."

Sany- "right! You see what I see!"

Kabeer(going closer to her)- "I so do!"

Sany- "yeah! So you be with one, take the benefits and just move on.. like.. to some other fish!"

Kabeer- "and nw-u-kno-what-am-talkin-bout!"

Sany- "but dude! this place is so sad, there are just no fishes here.."

Kabeer (widening his eyes)- "well.."

Sany – "no.. as in ofcourse there are. You guys, but you know, its only you guys, my friends.. I have to probably live with you all till the rest of my life.. not coz of yuvi.. but coz I really like you people.."

Kabeer (grinning)-"yeah! We are very LIKEABLE!"

Sany (hitting him playfully)- "so you knw, the fishes here, I don't have many choices, theres yuvi.. whos obviously my bro, and ranveer.. whos kinda cute, but boring and taken, and then sid, whos fun and cute, but you knw, I was with him since I was with bro.. hes like my brother too.. yeah… that's it.."

Kabeer (rolling his eyes)- "obviously! That it!"

Sany – "oh no no.. theres you too.. you are.. uncute.. boring too, and so not my type so.."

Kabeer (raising an eyebrow)- "aren't you going for a fling? Then why would you go for the qualities! Not that am suggesting something.. but as long as it's a change of country.. who cares.."

Sany- "yeah.. not that ill have to marry you or something.. and there are no more fishes here.."

Kabeer- "god, there are no fishes.."

Sany (quickly picking up her cellphone)- "10 mins, my room!"

Kabeer (picking up his glass and walking towards ranveer) – "10 mins"

Had it not been for the previous conversation, none of them would understand what the other had said. They were just too quick. Kabeer had just thought of their friends code.. 'no sleeping with the friends ex or sister or mother or..' yeah that was it.

But yuvi wasn't his friend, he thought. And it was just once, and no one would know of them. He quickly straightened himself and walked towards the hotel.
