Now I will say what I have always held back from saying, not wanting to hurt anyone's sentiments, but this is my honest view wrt to this character

Rudra deserves losing Paro

for every time he ever hurt her, ever made her cry, mentally, physically and emotionally...

I always thought he would get a chance to redeem himself completely in her eyes, irrespective of Paro just loving him and that becomes null and void, just because she accepts him the way he is, he did not wholeheartedly earn HER, not her love, not her faith not any of her qualities, but HER.

for every tear she ever shed in the initial stages, he is crying them out now, and this anguish he feels because he knows it is a betrayal, he deserves to be so tangled up in knots, his heart should shrivel up and the pain of it should squeeze his insides and make him writhe out in pain till the last remnants of his blood is wrung dry, it serves him right. that would be justice for PARO as I see it, because if Myrah is Myrah and Rudra is shown to move on with her, then this would be the ULTIMATE BETRAYAL.

if Ashish's shoot is over today, then they should show Rudra kill himself before even betraying the memory of the only woman who MADE him who he is today, how does he know what it means like to LOVE, because of Paro, thats how.

Im sorry, one thing indian television/movies have taught me that the american ones steer away from, is that YOUR TRUE LOVE belongs to only one person. God has made someone out there for you, all the rest that were there, were just pale comparisons, prepping you for the real thing I truly believe that, I am holding out for that. its my choice, but its also part of the upbringing, culture, traditions I have been instilled with, which indian tv plays a small part of in our lives, correct me if I am wrong.

and if you want logic, then logically, I was shown to believe that PaRud was the real thing...
I will not apologise for being educated Mr Raghuvir Shekawat,
I will choose to watch or not, dont tell me what to do Mr Gautam Hegde,
I will wait and experience the Such is Life aspect Ms Dhond,
and
Mr Tewari, karma goes around the circle, like those flames that rudra shot to circle paro in her dream, I hope you crash and burn, not because you are that talented but because no matter how amazing your skills are, if you suck at being a good person, good things will forever avoid happening to you...

Dekhna hai to dekho, such is life

@Arishma: perfectly said. With the way Rudra is now, he doesn't deserve Paro at all. For someone who made such grand declarations that Paro was the only one for him, main tu hamesha, one marriage, one love and all happened with Paro, blah blah blah. Who is he kidding? He ditched Paro's love so quickly, that to someone totally unfamiliar with the show will think that he wasn't even married or even had a Paro. He took 6 months to accept Paro, but he jumped to Myrah within 10 minutes! He speaks about knowing someone well in 20 minutes, while he cursed Paro for falling in love with him immediately. He praises Myrah's qualities, but never gave Paro the same treatment. I am ashamed of him. Even if the CVs had to rush, the extent of Rudra's butchering is astronomical. This isn't the same Rudra who Paro was with because he's not worthy of her.

I just read this - Wise words from Brad Pitt about his WIFE:

"My wife got sick. She was constantly nervous because of problems at work, personal life, her failures and children. She lost 30 pounds and weighted about 90 pounds. She got very skinny and was constantly crying. She was not a happy woman. She had suffered from continuing headaches, heart pain and jammed nerves in her back and ribs. She did not sleep well, falling asleep only in the mornings and got tired very quickly during the day. Our relationship was on the verge of a break up. Her beauty was leaving her somewhere, she had bags under her eyes, she was poking her head, and stopped taking care of herself. She refused to shoot the films and rejected any role. I lost hope and thought that we'll get separated soon... But then I decided to act. After all I've got the MOST Beautiful Woman on earth. She is the idol of more than half of men and women on earth, and I was the one allowed to fall asleep next to her and to hug her. I began to shower her with flowers, kisses and compliments. I surprised and pleased her every minute. I gave her a lot of gifts and lived just for her. I spoke in public only about her. I incorporated all themes in her direction. I praised her in front of her own and our mutual friends. You won't believe it, but she blossomed. She became better. She gained weight, was no longer nervous and loved me even more than ever. I had no clue that she CAN love that much.

And then I realized one thing: the woman is the reflection of her man.

If you love her to the point of madness, she will become it."

-Brad Pitt

THIS IS BEAUTIFUL, THIS IS LOVE

For RangRasiya, I see Paro being Brad and the always broken Rudra being Angelina

Rudra is the reflection of Paro's love and she loved him to the point of pagalpan, so he should become mad, go insane, not pant like a pup behind his wife's doppelganger

If CVs were smart or cared, they would've made Rudra go crazy. All his talk about Paro being his only love should've led to that. Sadly, they are so desperate shoving Myrah and Rudra down our throats and throwing Rudra's character and Paro's memories away. Any other writer (especially in English shows), would've gone the Brad Pitt route.

Folks this is a Hope & Faith thread...I do understand your POV but there is a frustration thread on this forum...do rant out there.

Kindly refrain from bashing the characters...this is my request...

You see most of us here love the characters the way they are...the good, the bad, the weird...everything...

really, the show's only saviour were its fansn they've made sure the fans dont get what they want. n how they have butchered the very foundation of their show. first by killing paro, fans begged n begged not to, n now, myrah crap. even with m they cud've shown a body switch n then m's parents realize its not their daughter but still want to do her kanyadaan n so this time a proper parud marriagehappens, with 7 pheras n correct promises-so it'd come full circle, justify their story n get back Parud too, i mean they r the creatives, they can come with anything...

Do you all remember the days when Paro used to push Rudra to the extreme to talk to Mala ? I do not remember whether Paro said it in so many words. But her intention or expectation was not that Rudra forgives Mala. Was more to get Rudra to come to terms with what happened in the past and to be at peace with himself. To accept that the betrayal happened and to move on

Similarly if Myrah is Myrah (I still do not believe this yet) we feel we have been let down by the story. And more than forgiving the CVs, we need to accept this (after RR ends) to be at peace with ourselves.

Different people tackle this in different ways

  1. Some rant and tweet and take out their frustrations
  2. Some stop watching the show and switch off Indian TV
  3. Some move on to Ekta or other serials
  4. Some will still assume M=P even if RR ends otherwise
  5. Some will take Myrah as Paro's gift to Rudra
  6. Some (like me) change the story and write it so that it can bring solace to myself and others like me

Take your pick. One of the above or any other new method. But please calm down. And come to terms with what is happening.

Anything and everything is possible even with less time, they just had to look at a way of doing it rather than throwing remarks here and there. 🤗 . Although I know all has been done and said clearly, I am yet not able to believe they will give us Myrah - Rudra as a final blow ! You said it right ... each and everything about Myrah is Paro 's ... it is just not being said she is Paro !

so aptly n simply put. can some1 fwd this to ashish/ST/RS?GH...? i mean really, PHs go to lengths to keep fans n these are going to extremes to make sure fans curse them. now he is saying that shoot is done n over with, what happened when fans were crying hoarse for the entire month begging them to a) not kill paro b)show m is p. they shud've mdified the story at that time.

Whatever you have said does make sense as there is nothing really that can be done. What they had to do is already done and shot ! it is better we accept what has come and be prepared for what shall be coming because I am pretty sure there is more to come which will rile up our sensibilities ...again.
This is another thing that I am not prepared... I am scared to watch.
The rate at which RPR has been compromised to give a happy ending and to put Myrah in place of Paro is beyond my understanding however I would like to be quiet about it now.
I am trying to run ur story in my head to make peace but really dont feel like saying much. RR ending the way it is has saddened me a lot and I generally go quiet in such situations. I 'll be here for sure as there is no other place to really go.
Lots of hugs to all. 😊

A big hug to you too. If it pains you so much please do not watch it. I will send you PM whenever I update the chapters.

I really do feel for you and all the others here who have tears/anger/frustration. It just means we all care. And the CVs should be proud of that - kam se kam
