As the sun goes down in the Filmcity today, the brightest neon lights will herald the opening of the biggest ever television awards- The 13th Indian Telly Awards. And the razzmatazz will be bigger and better this time around with well-heeled stars from both television and Bollywood walking the red carpet tonight.

Keeping in mind our aim to better ourselves with each passing year, this time India's best host cum comic doctor, actor Manish Paul has been roped in to bring the house down with his innate and irresistible comic timing.
