The bells ring when Rudra & Myrah are close but they don't play any romantic music in the background. If they wanted the scene to be romantic and if they wanted to show the bells as being "pyaar ki ghaanti" then they would have already thought of a new lyrical song for Rudra & Myrah. The bells could just be Myrah's subconscious trying to remind her that she is Paro.

I would agree with you but a new article says that Myrah will soon realize why she hears the bells and that is when she will start to fall for Rudra, and soon Rudra will reciprocate her feelings. So it seems that she will realize that she hears the bells whenever she is around Rudra because she has feelings for him and he makes her feel all gooey. 🤢
