Nice to see you back MKM

I am going to watch the season 2 of RR. It is hard but I am making my mind for the new jodi. I am going to miss my PaRUd so much. For me their story ended with the birth of their baby boy. I will think of it as new start of RR with new characters taking that Rudra is longer Paro's Major Sa. If not the cvs but the actors really deserve appreciation. I hope they get it more this time around.

Thank you for making a post! You seriously made my day.

I TOTALLY agree with you...

In, I want this, I want that, I want Rudra, I want Paro and all the other complains (which I was too a part of. So including me) We all forget that, the ST who is sitting there, he will not cash money from his savings and pay his actors, the crew , the writers and the creatives ... So before listening to the Fans he will think how to gain profit from the show ...

And as you said, the show was brilliant in the first three months but STILL the truth is that it didnt garner TRP . So they are bound to make some changes, and if it didnt work, then another change and if not that then another change ... and it goes on...

And before bashing the creatives or Producer or writer we should know that its THEIR show, ruining the show will be the last thing before they introduce a track ... but here, before the track is introduced people start giving their statements ...

I know Paro's death can never be justified ... I cried yesterday, I will cry during today's epi and I will cry whenever Rudra and Dhruv will cry for Paro ... But, as some one said, such is lifešŸ˜‰ We have to move on ... And so we should ...

And I liked the QH example you gave šŸ‘šŸ¼ To those who say this kind of twist never works ... see the trp of that show guys

A much needed and wonderful post, MKMšŸ‘

I have to admit, I have been a negative nancy ever since news of Paro's death came out but I think over the space of a couple of days, I've kind of accepted it.

RR team tried everything they could, the original concept, the small twists and heck they put everything in it to try and gain TRP's. Now what were they going to do? continue to show us Parud and still not gain any new TRP's? Don't get me wrong, I hate that Paro's gone but they needed to do something dramatic didn't they? Something that would enable them to redesign the whole show, where it would make sense to change the characters etc..

I'm going to watch the 'season 2' and then judge it. There is absolutely no point, making conclusions and judgements from the SBB segments as it's not the real thing. I also know the actors will give it their all.

I do think that RR has the chance to gain some TRP's now. The 'modern' look will bring in more viewers.

Parud will always be the reason why I loved RR but I'm not just going to sit here and be all negative. We have to accept what has happened and have to respect that CV's wouldn't have done this if their original storyline worked.

Wonderful post.

You have said it all. In anger and backlash, people are forgetting that RR's team did everything they could to elevate RR and they are still doing it. Even they know that they have shown no O Henry twist by bringing in Myrah , but if a new lease of life can be given to RR, it deserves that fair chance.

Thanks Vicky-Sa, A much needed post. Surely the makers are not that fools to rush the tracks so much and mess it up with their own baby. They are being pressurized by the channel. Atleast we have to give it to them that they did try to tread a different path. WHy do we forget it is they who created Rudra and Paro, the characters we love so much. We must give them a chance and just wish that they present a convincing love story of Rudra and Myrah.

TRPS does matter, and it not only matters to the PH but also to Sanaya and Ashish. They will never leave RR being professional and dedicated actors. And I wish the trp rise, because I want to watch them together on my screen for a long long time.

I will continue to watch RR as long as Sanish are there. I am sure Sanaya will make us fall in love with Myrah also.

Miss you a lot. Please come back with RR season 2.

Finally found a post where I could make a reply ...

As a forum ...we tend to overreact on everything ...myrah is a new character ...rudra out of guilt has left bsd and probably now takes care of the family food business or has a security business ...this is rangrasiya part 2 ...
Why so much mocking of the show , Ph , CV's etc ...if the original show would have got them the ratings ...they wouldn't have changed it . But unfortunately that didn't happen ...

I understand ppl are very attached to parud and paro's death has been horibble ...but I just want to say for ppl like me who wish to give this new story a chance ...coming to the forum has become an absolute nightmare ! Their is not one post you can contribute too or be a part off ...

Honestly vickysa ...I don't see the new version getting the PH the desired ratings , especially because the channel is just not giving any promos for such a huge track change ...RR will wrap up either by Oct or maybe by Dec ...but I understand why they did so ...its their bread and butter and their business venture .

Wish the forum could just become a little sane and normal šŸ˜†

G loved what you have to say...

My only grouse sell the new RR...promote promote promote...

šŸ¤— for coming back.
I have been saying the same since yesterday, we need to give a chance.
As far as I know, they along with other few shows were given an ultimatum, either freshen it up or leave.
They have taken a bold step by not doing a season 2 and revamping the storyline.
A lot goes into making a show. I have been a part of this business and I know.
Its true, they have struggled from the very beginning and I just hope they do well this time around. M&B with twist ka tadka kind of things work well with the TRP audience, so all the very best to the whole team.
I am so looking forward to the new storyline.

If all fandoms thought that sensibly , the makers would feel less abused and more confident in their product. I have never understood how it takes a few stirred emotions and a minute to trash someone's labour. RR 2 is not my ideal RR 2 but am gonna watch it. 😳

Oh and here is what I posted on a positive thread -

The creators of the characters and the actors who breath life into these characters are still part of the show.

They have invested the maximum amount of time into their characters and results did not weave on the TRP charts..

Now they are forced to take a diversion and will put in same amount of passion, efforts or even more to make it happen...because a lot is at stake here.

All we need to do is stand by them...its a choice ofcourse!

May sensibility prevail on the viewers I'd s
ay

So Vickysa many of us...will continue to be a part of RR...

Can I just politely disagree on the first para of you post? As I see it, they never had any self faith in themselves. Maybe for us the definitions are different but what I feel is if one has confidence on their work, they do not compromise with it so soon.

Good or bad, a show gets atleast 6 months to prove itself and Rangrasiya had it for sure, we all know that. What was the need to change the tracks so soon? Every show needs some time to build up the story, and they never gave it to the show. They were only too eager to insult their own creativity by rushing with things, maybe coz they were too greedy for TRPs, maybe coz they were overconfident and disappointed when it didn't work out, maybe they wanted to please everybody, I don't know.

All I know is for whatever reason they did it, it didn't work. And I know that it displeased some of the loyal viewers, at least I wasn't happy. I'm not saying I didn't like it at all, but I could have liked it better.

Anyway, I will continue watching it for exact same reasons you have stated. It's a new story for me, I have no big expectations from these CVs, I'll watch it for the actors and their hard work. And well, honestly also coz I wouldn't be able to live without seeing the end of itšŸ˜†

Keep making posts Vicky Sa...forum misses you!😊

I love it when people disagree with tameez and adab.šŸ˜†... yes, our definitions of self-faith are different and i agree with you to an extent. But i guess many of us need to know that all channels give ultimatums of different time periods to their shows. 3 months... 2 months... 6 months... what matters is the report card and the channels want it faster than we think, at times.

Anyway, lets see how RR 2 fares.

As far as I know, they have 4 months to bring in the audience. Fingers Crossed.
