Who will raise Dhruv?

This is a serious question I'm pondering post the imminent death of Paro.
Rudra was shown prior to the birth of his son, wondering if he'll be a good father.

Paro was shown asking Maithili if she'll be the child's Maasi (Ma jassi)

Maithili and Samrat do not have a child yet.

Will the pain and loss of Paro cause Rudra to leave the child rearing and care of Dhruv to Maithili? Will Maithili bond with the child in such a way that Rudra will not have the heart to take his son from her arms eventually?

This is going to be a story line down the line that is going to have me in pieces.

Honestly I want Dhruv to be raised by rudra.
Paro's lasts words were "take care of our child"
I'm sure rudra will be the best dad ever.

Plus Maithli can also be dhruv's maasa jaisi.
But dhruv should know that rudra is his father.

No, in the SBS segment they showed that before dying, Paro asked Rudra to take care of Dhruv. He will never break a promise he made to her, esp not one he made on her deathbed. I do hope he is able to take care of the child- he is already motherless, he doesn't deserve being abandoned by his dad as well. But Maithli will be the one to do all the mothering. Of that I'm sure.

I do too, I'd love to see Rudra trying to fill in the void for Paro; but I have a feeling by the whole Paro-Maithili scene it's going to lean towards Maithili becoming a primary care taker and falling so in love with the child that Rudra may feel guilty for wanting to raise his son[/DIV]

Maithli can be simply be his maasi no?
I want rudra to Raise his and paro's baby.

I so hope Rudra doesn't neglect his own son. He has promised Paro to look after so I hope he sticks to that promise. Plus I think Maithili and Samrat will be there for support.

I think Maithili will be a big part of Dhruv's life.. But Rudra will take care of his son because he knows how it feels to not be taken care of by your parents plus he knows that Paro would be really hurt if he isn't there for their son.

Knowing the so called creatives like I seem to do now, the child will be mostly with the aunt, not the father, then the new entry will probably form a bond with the child. 😉

I'd like to think that the change Paro brought about in Rudra is permanent. She turned the jallad into a loving but still akdoo Majorsaab so I don't think he'll shirk his responsibilities as a dad. He'll take care of Dhruv and Maithili will most definitely be the mother figure in his life. This is my hope.

I think Rudra will raise his son with the help of his mother and bhabhi. He will be a stone for everyone except his son. My gut feeling is Rudra will let his son about his mother and this child may think that Myrah is his mother. It would be such that Dhruv will need Myrah and she will also be loving towards the child knowing the fact she looks like his mother. This may end up in Myrah coming in Rudra's life as a pure necessity as a mother for his son. Or else I don't see a point bringing in a kid in the picture.
