The mother in me wanted to punch her too. She kept in touch with Kakosa but didn't bother to try and contact her son. But that dialogue showed how delusional she is to think that her son will be waiting for her with open arms. It was true maybe for the first couple of years, then he grew up. That entire track got screwed up to please TRP audience who probably wanted Rudra to be the devoted son who cares about his mother after everything.
Go ahead and give my Sumer a hug. He deserves it in this story. I wanted to avoid melodrama in the confrontation, Mala doesn't deserve it. Maybe later when she meets Paro there can be tears. But no more tears from Rudra. She earned his cold indifference.
Teju's mind will plan something that will knock your socks off. But that can wait for Parud reunion. As you put it, his whole soul is filled with Paro now. Rudra needs to meet his Paro as soon as possible.

Thanks Anny. I found this track in the show to be unrealistic as well and was very upset. Paro won't be an emotional blackmailer here as she has seen how Rudra and Dilsher have been hurt and she has been hurt by Mala's actions herself.

Just because mala gave birth and looked after him for 8 years does not mean that Rudr will forgive all her mistakes. Especially the wrong they were doing with the nation. For Rudr country comes first and what thakur and his wife did wife did was against everything he believed in. Good that he took a stand and stood by it.

Completely agree with you. As he told Dilsher and Danveer during the wedding track his life is what the BSD has given him. He will put his job first and not a mother who abandoned him years back.

I wanted Rudra to show control when it came to his estranged mother and not fall apart too. Mala should realise that there is concept called Karma which always makes sure you face the consequences of your past actions.
I just wanted Sumer to have something else to do than be Mohini's minion. No idea how he evolved so much. Glad you like this version though.
Next chapter will have Parud and something I promised a friend will happen.
