What can I say ...I am crying for Parud

People think a soul mate is your perfect fit, and that's what everyone wants. But a true soul mate is a mirror, the person who shows you everything that is holding you back, the person who brings you to your own attention so you can change your life.

A true soul mate is probably the most important person you'll ever meet, because they tear down your walls and smack you awake. But to live with a soul mate forever? Nah. Too painful. Soul mates, they come into your life just to reveal another layer of yourself to you, and then leave.

A soul mates purpose is to shake you up, tear apart your ego a little bit, show you your obstacles and addictions, break your heart open so new light can get in, make you so desperate and out of control that you have to transform your life, then introduce you to your spiritual master..."

Good News On the Way

Paro faints ... panic stricken Rudra ... the doctor called ... and she confirms the happy news.

The Paro Rudra Mala scene was cute ... breaking the news to an expectant father is always cute ... the women are always so much more in control of the situation ... and this was no exception. Mala all smiles, Paro equally so, Rudra tense and worried, looking from one to the other ... Mala leaves them alone and Paro smilingly breaks the news ... Rudra gobsmacked, doesn't know how to react ... obviously eight years of 'har raat' never prepared him for this 😆

Family scene ... while they are happy with the news, Mohini is annoyed ... but of course, her dreams vanished in smoke ... the eldest grandchild will be Rudra's child, not the child of either of her sons.
Somebody remembers that Sunehri is heartbroken, and should be shielded from good news, because it will only make her more unhappy. So Sunehri will be sent off to her uncle's house to recover from her broken heart ... (I believe the actress is going for Amarnath yatra)

PaRud again ... Rudra tries to come to terms with the news ... Paro is blooming, happy, delighted ...

And in the final PaRud scene of the day ... later that night, after Maithili leaves ... Rudra asks Paro how she always knows the right thing to say, how she recognises everyone's feelings and is sensitive to them. And he wonders if he is ready to be a father ... with his background, his upbringing. Paro reassures him ... his happiest days are around the corner ... and their child will get a wonderful upbringing.

These scenes will figure in Rudra's flashbacks for a long time to come 😭

@ bold but please, please don't make him cry! I was hoping we were done with Rudra crying. Ashish's Achilles heel seems to be crying scenes. That is one emotion he can't pull off.
Let him be sad, mad, brooding but, NO crying! Please!

Diya, my favorite scene was the Paro- Maithili one too. Nothing much to add. Your take is fabulous and I echo it. Such beautiful scenes today and I could not enjoy them to the fullest as I knew what's coming next week. 😭

I apologize for getting delayed in posting.

Diya, Hope and Shweta awesome takes and collages. Shweta loved the quote on soul mate and fervently hope too that the makers have their heart in the right place as they move this saga forward.

I liked the episode despite the break neck speed of events and it made an emotional connect.

Shantanu is a crazed man whose end goal is revenge. There is no redemption or saving him, he is beyond all that and in the episode he revealed how dark his heart has become. He is at a point of no return. Paro's persistence paid off and Rudra did what he is best at, being the protector of his Paro. However, Shantanu promises to return to fulfill his only goal left in life. Sunehri saved at the nick of time and packed off to a relative's house to recover. Glad for the small family scene in between as a transition to happier times at the Ranawat household.

Both the Parud scenes were amazing. The joy, confusion, the sinking in of news and the slight nervousness of impending parenthood was beautifully captured and I loved the dialogues in the last scene "your stubbornness, my devotion...my anger, your love...together we will bring up our child". Ashish and Sanaya nailed it as usual. 👏

A song from the movie "Abhiman" dedicated to our Parud.

Tere mere milan ki yeh raina,
Naya koi gul khilayegi,
Tabhi to chanchal hai tere naina...dekho na, dekho na...

However, my most favorite scene was the Mythali and Paro one. It just brought tears to my eyes, it not only showcased the sisterly bond, but everything I like about Paro, her sensitivity, care and ability to empathise and be an anchor and support for her loved ones. Geetanjali and Sanaya were awesome. 👏

Not going to think of what is in store for us next week, will just cherish these moments this weekend.

After seeing the outpouring of emotion for Paro on the forum, one cannot but appreciate the character and actor who brought it to life. Sanaya helped me connect with Paro's emotions, invest in her simple dreams and feel the pain each time she had to pay heavily for her loving and trusting nature. Despite the underplay of Paro's emotions by writers and penchant for fast recovery from trauma, the character made a place for herself in our collective hearts. Kudos to Sanaya and also team Rangrasiya as at the end of the day Paro was created by them, she is their baby.👏

Precap- The first leap is on Monday itself with the godh bharayi and SuSha announcing their "good news".

I think today everybody is in a kind of pain. The episode left me with an heavy heart. I always loved the character of Paro, but just today I noticed how much attached I am to Paro. I think next week is going to be a pretty emotinal week. I'm undecided about what will happen. No matter if they go with the amnesia track, Paro-dying-track or another track, we have to say good bye to the Paro as we know and love her. The question is in what form we will see her again.

I'm curious, which way the writers are going to take.
In the past they have told many great stories between Parud and the Ranawat Family, but also not so great stories. But no matter what, they pulled it off that I have fallen in love with Parud and the uniqueness of their relationship and their soul connection. For me there is no Rudra without Paro and no Paro without Rudra.

But Hats off to the Writers, Producers and the Channel. I don't know who is responsible for the way Rangrasiya is shaping up, but they have managed, that all the viewers are breaking their heads about what is going to happen.
No matter what happens, I hope that the new buzz around Rangrasiya will lead to many new viewers. No matter if I watch it further, but I really hope Rangrasiya is going to be blessed with a lot of success with the new story arc, as Sanaya, Ashish and all the other cast members and crew have truly deserved it 😊

Diya nice take.
What else to say all the IF is in pain.
Your title itself made me sad.
Shweta awesome collage, I'm controlling my tears as I already cried a lot from yesterday seeing SBBs and episode but your quote again pinched me in the heart.💔
How much I wish now the CVs read all these and understand the pain of RRians. Oh God!
It's a very emotional day and it'll be an emotional weekend for all RRians.😭
Right now I'm really mad at myself for being attached to 2 fictional characters this much.😡💔

Res...
Will post my views in the morning, right now hiding under the covers to type this out.. LOL
Shweta, thank you for the Pm and the lovely collage.. The pic in the middle is heavenly!!! Even better than in the episode...
~~~~Updated~~~~~
Well, that was quite an episode yesterday... Although the pace is still an issue and I was in a real foul mood before the episode aired, but now that it has, I am not complaining...!!!!!! 😛
Welcome to the Fight Club:
Now this scene was actually quite good and a surprise, as i was not expecting such villainous romance!!!! 😆 Anyways, that evil laugh, that mad glint in the eye, that need to avenge the dead brother's death, that menancing voice - finally the villain was living up to his mark and doing things as he was supposed to!!!! *claps*
You could feel the fear and the helplessness of being stuck with the villain... Shantanu shows his true colors and Vishal did a good job at it!!! Detective Paro tries to inform Rudra, does not find him (conveniently) and taking matters into her own hands, goes to unearth information regarding Shantanu and his connection to Paro's dead ex-husband... As with RR, the villain goes on to reveal his deeds, bustling in their glory and what do we see??? Paro is scared, but is ready to fight for more answers!!!! True Paro-style!!!
Enter the hero - asks for his wife and Mala actually said where she went!!!! (RR and its way of story telling, I tell you!!! It's like playing Temple Run.. You just run, run and run - to reach the temple (TRP's!!!))
Okay, the knight-in-shining-armour to the rescue of his beautiful wife... The dialogues, expressions and actions were fantastic here... See, this is what I had been missing, for a long long time... And I was happy to see some maar-dhaar and tussle!!!! Rudra must be singing "All I do is win, win, win..." after getting the gun from Shantanu... And then the punches... Wow...
Aurors to the rescue of the Death-eater!!!😆
RR has this ability to apparate/ disapparate even non-living things, so it's not a surprise that the live and kicking, not to forget magically appearing, BSD is invited to take care of the death-eater!!! 🤣 Aman makes a re-entry after god knows how long... Gosh, he was missed!!!!
Anyways, Shantanu is taken away, but not before he spews a warning and blasts at Sunheri for making him mad with their 4-day old Olympic love story!!! He must have been really heart-broken at his broken engagement, so much that he missed Paro by such a wide angle... And how clever of Dillu to point it out that the bullet hit not Paro, but the wall!!! Do you guys also have such long range vision??? 😉 I don't have... 😛
The male villains of RR have one thing in common - They blurt out their entire tale of lost cases in front of their victims (Paro), very conveniently!!! And they have very poor aim for all their part in being arms smugglers!!! 😆
You can play all broken strings....
... but not Sunheri's heart and mind!!!
Sunheri's whirlwind romance is over and the poor girl is left with a broken heart and buckets of tears!!!! To save her from further flooding the house, she is packed off to some uncles's place...
Once Upon a Time... to Happily Ever After!!!
Okay the Paro and Rudra scenes were good... Rudra going all habad-dhabad with the news that just hit him; and then his thoughts (quite logical for him!!) about how would he behave as a parent!!! OMG, Sanaya looked so good in these scenes!!!
Paro is busy concocting a potion of love, anger, discipline, stubbornness and what not for the baby... And with such a love potion, I tell you, the baby would be invincible when it grows up!!!! 👍🏼
Hey Soul Sister...
The Paro and Maithili scene was the only scene in the entire episode that had some "theraav" about it... Maybe because, the writers plan on highlighting this fact in the later episodes.. But it was wonderfully done - dialogues, actions, expressions - Sanaya and Geetanjali as Paro and Maithili were bang on!!!! Iloved this one...
Flying at the speed of light, we get a precap with Paro's godh-bharai!!! My, Paro will have the baby and the baby will grow up to be Paro with a blink of the eyes and nobody wouldn't even realise what happened when!!!! 😆
