Ramadan is a Muslim festival that comes in the ninth month according to the Muslim calendar. During this mouth, Muslim follows fast throughout the day and breaks it in the evening after their prayer, called as Azaan. As we have observed, shows in our television are reflection of all the Indian culture in some way or the other. Thus there are shows projecting Muslim culture too. In the past shows like Heena on Sony TV portrayed Muslim culture gracefully and currently a few are running on GEC channels.

Let's see how these are celebrating Eid in their show.

Qubool Hai on Zee TV

4 lion production show Qubool Hai on Zee TV focuses on Muslim community. The show is beautifully portraying the Muslim culture and has gained immense popularity over the time. The show celebrated Eid at a grand level. Other than teh cast of Qubool Hai, Mahima Makwana and Ankit Gera from Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke, Mishkat Verma from Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya and many more were also there. The celebration was called as Daawat-e-Eid and the main highlight of this celebration was the star cast of upcoming film Dawaate-e-Ishq - Parineeti Chopra, Aditya Roy Kapur and Anupam Kher. The episode covered all the aspect of Eid and was loved by the audience.

Beintehaa on Colors

Fortune Production's popular show Beintehaa on Colors is another show based on Muslim culture. They have shown the ramadan month in the show with all its rituals. They have also celebrated Eid and called it Jashn-e-Eid which was again a grand feast. The actors from other shows of Colors channel was also part of this celebration. People will witness actors like Shiv (Siddharth Shukla) and Aanadi (Toral Rasputra) from Balika Vadhu, Paro (Sanaya Irani) and Rudra (Ashish Sharma) from Rangrasiya and many more. They all will be seen dancing and enjoying the feast organised at Barkat mansion. The celebration will be enlightened more with the participation of Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar and Tammanah. They will be seen promoting their upcoming film 'It's Entertainment'.

Currently a newly launched channel Zee Zindagi is showing all the overseas show from Pakistan. The shows have got an overwhelming response.

Well after watching these two shows we are sure that this year's Eid festival will be more happening for all the Muslims.
