"Seems as though what you ate for dinner has made you ten times heavier Paro" Rudra grunted as it took a lot of effort lifting Paro into the jeep

"Haaw not my fault your jeep has its seat so up high, besides you don't even let me get up on my own"

"I don't think you physically could, not with that stomach" Rudra laughed while patting Paro's bump

Rudra got into the jeep and began to drive home. After driving for a short while Rudra came to a stop.

"Wait here a minute Paro, I will be back"

Before Paro could reply Rudra was out the car, they had passed a bangle stall a few metres away from where Rudra pulled up.

"Can I have a set of pink bangles please"

"yes sir, which shade of pink would you like?"

"shade? Theres different shades of bangles too?"

The owner of the stall had let out a chuckle

"woh, can I get those light pink ones. The ones with the silver diamantes"

The owner wrapped up the bangles and gave it to Rudra, who rushed back into the car.

"For you"

He handed over the bangles, Paro's eye beamed with happiness

"I've been getting spoilt too much these days" Paro smiled while taking off the clear wrapping

"Let's make more babies, you'll get lots of presents again" Rudra smirked while pushing the bangles through Paro's wrists

Paro blushed, "let's have this one out first"

The light in the car reflected off the bangles causing them to sparkle

"they're beautiful, I can wear them with the saree Maasa gifted me" she smiled

Just as Rudra began to turn the engine on Paro asked

"Major saab, can we stay outside for a little while? Look at the stars, the sky is looking beautiful today"

"But its so late Paro, aren't you tired?"

"No, are you?"

"Ive gotten use to staying up late with you paro" he chuckled

"lets find a better place" he said

Paro nodded and they began to drive off. Rudra pulled up on a hill and helped Paro out.

"wow we are up so high" paro said

"Come lets go over there"

They both laid down on the green neatly cut grass, both cuddled together as one looking up at the clear dark sky and the twinkling stars

"what a sight, so many stars out tonight" paro said stretching her arms across rudras stomach, Rudra pulled her closer, so close there was no room between the two, keeping one of his hands on the bump and using the free hand to move Paro's hair from her face.

The laid down in silent for a few minutes, it was just peaceful when suddenly

"Ouch!" Paro squealed

"That was a powerful kick" Rudra said shocked at the power the little baby had

He rubbed his hands around the bump to feel the kick again

"wow, again! I think the baby is enjoying being out here too" Rudra smiled

"keep your hands here, always kicking this same spot" she moved his hands to the far right keeping her hands on top of his, he kept his hands there till the baby stopped kicking

"Major saab, I was thinking if we have a girl then we should call her Jalebi, and if it's a boy then we should call him Rajkumar"

"what?!" Rudra said shocked at what Paro had just said

Paro playfully hit Rudra's chests a few times laughing to her hearts content

"Areh, I was joking!" she giggled

"oh phew paro I got scared for a minute" Rudra said with a relief

"your facial expression was classic"

"I do have names in mind though"

"which ones, I have some too" Rudra said

"Well if it's a girl then Mahiya which means joy, and if it's a boy then Saras which means the moon. What have you thought of?"

"for a boy - Rishab which means superior and if a girl then Pari which means beauty"

"I love the name Rishab!"

"And I love the name Mahiya"

"great, that's sorted. If it's a girl its Mahiya and if it's a boy we will call him Rishab" Rudra said

"I didn't know you were thinking of names" Paro smiled while moulding her hands into Rudra's

"I had much more in mind but I short listed them to those two"

"I love the names" Paro said

"Of course, when we have a lot more babies we can think of more beautiful names" Rudra smirked while placing a soft kiss on Paro's hands

"you're too much major saab, always wanting a gazillion kids. We'll see about that, youll get tired eventually" paro chuckled

"I will never get tired making the babies paro, of course looking after them will be a challenge. But I will live up to the job even if it means I have to do a lot of work

"I want a huge family, all the kids will grow up with a great childhood. I will make sure of it Paro, I promise"

"I know you will" Paro smiled

She bought her face up and placed a feather light kiss on both of Rudras cheeks and laid the top half of her body on him, again they laid in silence. Breathing in the fresh air, letting their heartbeats do all the talking, little do they know that their eldest child was going to be out very soon...

There's a family wedding coming up so I won't be able to update this SS for the next few weeks so I have two options and I wanted you guys to tell me what to do as I'm stuck between the two:

Either,

1) End the story with this part here and sort of make a sequel to this where Paro has just had her baby (This will be as soon as everything is over)

Or

2) Write another short chapter after this update (probably in the next 2-4 days) with the baby here and then end the story completely and write other type of short stories in the near future

This was originally a one shot story but you guys had left such sweet comments telling me to continue so I thought it'd be only fair for you guys to tell me what you want,
