I'm an avid crime show watcher. And 90% of the times I am left yelling at the victim - How could you fall into that trap yaar! I would never! And it's my dad who reasons with me saying that if the victim could think that logically at that time, then he wouldn't be the victim in the first place.
The kid who gets kidnapped after having a chocolate from an unknown person knows it's wrong to eat something given by a stranger and still ends up doing that-by MISTAKE.
The man who gets robbed by a housemaid knows it's wrong to discuss about his money in from of domestic helps and still commits the MISTAKE. He ends up disclosing important details and bang! He is left broke.
The couple whose child is kidnapped by the babysitter know it's wrong to give their precious thing into the hands of people they don't know properly and still they do it-by MISTAKE. They don't make proper enquiries while employing the babysitter and one day they come back to an empty home. No babysitter, no child, nothing.
These are just a few examples. I know we all think it's possible to avoid these crimes. I would have, if it was me there.
But the thing is it's easy for us to pass comments as the third person but I think we'd all be in for some good shocks if we ourselves were to get stuck in that very situation.
I am siding with Paro this time. It's not like the earlier time with Laila, she was more like 'In your face Paro' -she put claims on Rudra quite openly and still Paro wanted to form a sister bonding with her. I DID NOT support that. But this time, tell me if Shantanu has given her one reason to mistrust him? He is being a sweetheart in front of everyone plus he has a tragic story to tell. Eveyone in the house loves him, why shouldn't Paro? Yes she should have trust Rudra on this but look at it this way. Rudra has trust issues. And he hates almost every other person in this world except Paro. And third he does not have any proof of Shantanu being the wrongdoer, instead he is making a fool of himself every single time. This is actually earning Shantanu brownie points in not only Paro's but every family member's eye. They are making a MISTAKE - but isn't that necessary to pave way for the real story, the CRIME part??
It's a story guys. Here something happens coz it has to happen. They are making some mistakes and soon they'd have to pay for it. That is how the story is supposed to be. It's really as easy as that.
Just my POV.
