Well truly said, baisa. You very aptly summarised the last 30-40 hrs spent on the forum!!
It's a saying - "Jo hota hai, ache ke liye hota hai", we all were witness to the same in the past few hours.

Zeffy my love (the writer of my favorite comments--there, said it, in public!) I love this post-scientific experiment analysis! As always, I agree wth you, and think this is a great idea! I LOVED the experiment for two reasons:

(a) It made people realize that no matter our small little fights and gussa wala comments and passive aggressiveness amongst ourselves--we are a community as a whole, and family mein jo hoga, so hoga---bahar walos had better stay the hell out. It took an outsider with a moronic agenda and a holier-than-thou attitude for us to band together in a unique moment on this forum. For 60 pages, that really did stand out, and other than some slightly immature forum wasis who didn't understand the whole point of the Topic Maker, we all (without even PMing or discussing it privately) just STUCK together.

(b) It brought the most hidden, die-hard invisible people out and posting! Turns out, none of us, no matter how pissed off at the show or at the forum we are can sit back silently when our virtual home is under attack...or our virtual friends. Saw a LOT of missing names, and some old friends reached out privately to me later so that was a truly nice benefit of having to deal with this sudden sneak attack.

But the experiment maker--GOD that self-important, deluded, cruel girl pissed me off. Throughout the pages, it was basically her saying--- I've come from a better world, a better place (umm...no you haven't, you jerk). I have come, you pathetic serial viewers, as a better and more intelligent human being to give you some knowledge, give you a chance to grow. You should be grateful, I am here to run stupid, vile little mental games so you can prove to me that you serial watchers are actually NOT that bad... But see! Even though I am being so big and gracious in giving you this chance, see how you are proving to be as bad as others call you! How dare you not like me, or respect my viewpoint! It's ME!

And then there was her name-calling, attacking members, the "advice" and the fake outrage---urrgghh. You know how you have forum friends and you think---I might not know your face in real life, but I know the REAL you, the person you are inside? You cant hide your real nature in a forum, naa?

From what the Experiment TM tried to do--- God I'd not want to be in that girl's asli duniya, as a friend or a colleague or as anything else!!

Napster ji,

Okay, the post was in honour of you, given aap, hands down, Analysis ki Mallika hai, you would definitely have wanted to gain something from it, in the end!! And boy! Are we in for a real treat! As usual, you have come forth with some really serious, important issues that are undoubtedly, 100% true.

Yes, the matter was quite clear, it could have turned into a brutal battlefield, where people would virtually kill each other, but HERE, people are understanding, wise, emotional, strong and will definitely not let an outsider carry out an "experiment" and watch, who thought we were guinea pigs running around, while they could , on their charts, take readings and finally have completed the "experiment".

It was a matter of honour, respect, not for fthe show alone, but as individuals. Being tagged as crazy fandom (not my words), we do have the right to justify the same, when a limit is crossed, and aapke beautiful terms mein, when a HOUSE/FAMILY is in danger ALL pitch in and not watch it go tumbling down. So, RR ke terms mein, we were like RUDRA(us baisas) and were protecting our PARO(our forum) and no one could provoke the same and dare get away,

I completely agree, some may have gotten carried away, I hope they tend to tone it down a wee bit and not go all ballistic. Given they are passionate, dedicated doesn't excuse them completely. All of us contributed in the best way possible and are equally entitled for allowing the "experiment" to go haywire! (It did not help conclude anything, which I believe we are truly grateful for, no one should be judged in any such manner!)

The one carrying out the "experiment" would definitely have learnt a lesson, and should, in future, refrain from provoking people, hurting their sentiments, given a normal human would react that way. Self-absoprtion is the worst form of self-destruction. if that was the "experiment", well did we all just witness the same?

Judging people by their responses, is the worst form of playing with one's feelings, and one does not sit back and not self-defend their self-esteem, the TM did cross a line and I, sincerely hope is happy in "asli duniya" she has created for herself.

P.S - Napster ji, please be at the airport by 7.00. Will be landing in Dhaka, to come big you a realšŸ¤— . Come on, aap public mein uske saath-saath ek dadi waali badi si, ache lipstick wali, pappi toh accept kar hi sakti hain!!

Hope you have a good night's sleep, after all, WC semi's, forum ka pagalpan and what not! Kal-parson chutti maarkar, ek OS likh dijiye, aise hi, to vent out your feelings!
